Rooms were beautiful, bright and clean and the towels were changed every day. The staff was hardworking, friendly, and very attentive. Always willing to help and accommodate.I can't wait to return here soon

Extremely bad experience, worst of all, reception call our room at 4:40 am to say we have morning alarm service which we don’t, and obviously they do it on purpose to trick us because we gave some feedback the night before because of their poor service. Further more, hotel workers open our room door without knocking, not once. Very rude.

The air-conditioning wasn't working well. For a while during the day the cleaning ladies took our towels and the hotel didn't have any available so we couldn't shower. The spa massage was awful - unprofessional masseurs, dirty, smelled bad. Rooms are ok, nice shower and beds.

I liked the Restaurant. It has a buffet style with a decent selection. The hotel location is quite good for visiting the flea market that is an extensive winding market with all sorts of things. Our rooms are okay. Fortunately we are visiting in the cool time of year. Leaving the window open at night gives good ventilation.

Booked a suite got to the hotel lady said nothing is available and cant find our reservation. Then she finds it and gives us a room with just one bed we tell them we booked one full and two twin they send someone who pulls out the couches and makes a bed for us … 😟 All night the room stinks like a sewer 🤮 Next morning our bathroom ceiling starts leaking on our heads my kid and I almost slipped. We call them 4 times before someone comes and checks the leak and tells us they are moving us to the Suite we actually booked which btw also stank like a sewer. So they lied and had us spend one night in a tiny room yet charged us for the suit. They still haven't refunded us $200 for keeping us in the tiny room in the price of a suite and lying. No one has reached out the manager was supposed to refund our money was giving me stares each time in the lobby We stayed 7/19-7/23 The only people nice were waiting staff in the restaurant during breakfast time kind and humble hard working people with smiles good Muslims

ONOMO Hotel Rabat Medina. Walking distance from Casa Port train station. Nice room comfortable bed big shower. Terrible lighting at sink-it was embedded in the mirror & bright, but not to see yourself well enough to shave or put makeup on without putting your face an inch from the mirror. Cold eggs at breakfast, but lots of other choices. Got a taxi for us to the Casa Voyageurs train station. Ok for one night.

Delicious complimentary breakfast, mozzarella grilled tomatoes, eggplant, hummus, olives and fresh fruit. Lots of vegetarian choices. The coffee was not great but the fresh baguette and cheese made up for it! Rooms are cute, clean and simple, and the water pressure in the shower will knock your socks off as well as any dirt. Staff are unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for comfort and value in downtown Casablanca.

We had a wonderful experience at the Oum Palace. Rooms were clean and bed felt wonderful after an over night flight the night before. The dinner and breakfast buffets were unbelievably good. The city market is steps away. It is not a new expensive hotel but I would definitely recommend it.

Has issues. Basic maintenance and cleaning could be improved. A very obvious pair of jeans left in my room, no towels at all, had to ask. Motion lights in the hallways that don't activate until you have already stumbled all the way to the elevator. Location was good, easy walk to waterfront, medina, mosque.

It's a pure scam. The photos do not represent the real rooms. What's more weird, the location and view you see are not taken in the same place where the hotel is placed. Then, the rooms were not clean. There was a whole fungi ecosystem living in the bathroom. It was the most disgusting thing I have seen in my life. When we addressed those issues to the staff they started to blame us for it. It is disgusting and stupid. Please do not bother coming here.

Excellent service, very helpful employees. Very close to the old Bab Marrakesh market as well as to the old french district center. It's a very safe area. It is also close to the old Casablanca madenah ( Al hubus) 20 Moracan Drihm by taxis get you there, where you can find excellent shopping for almost every need. Also in Al hubus you can buy your organic meats , all food as well and grill it in the same place with good prices. Newly remodeled hotel with a variety of rooms to choose from. Good prices.

Maybe it’s just room 512 but the A/C sucks. I’ve felt more air come out of an N95 mask than this joint. The bed is just a little bit softer than the marble floor. We’ll see about breakfast in the morning.

La femme de ménage nous a volé dans la chambre de l'hôtel, ne venez pas ici!!!!! We stayed in this hotel from 22 to 24 November 2023. In all tourist guides it is said you should be careful outside the hotel as there is a lot of crime in Morocco, but we were ROBBED right in the hotel room. My mum and her friend on Tuesday (23 November) left their luggage and hand bags in their room and decided to have some breakfast. It was early in the morning, around 9 am. All their expensive things and money were in safe, so they did not expect anything bad to happen. As I travelled from another city, I joined them later that day. We were about to go to a fancy restaurant to celebrate her Bday, when my mum started to search for dollars in her bag. She remembered that she put everything in the safe but left 300$ for a restaurant right in her hand bag. She could not find it anywhere... Her friend felt something strange and immediately started to check her own bag as well.... she was caught off guard when she realized she did not have 600$ in her bag as well. You might think they were robbed on the street or somewhere.... we thought that as well! But then we started to investigate that and we realized it is not possible to take half of the money from the wallet and leave the other half there! They would have stolen the whole wallet then! And then they understood that the only time they did not have their bags with them was during the breakfast! I went straight to the reception and asked to call the police. The guy working there told me the police cannot enter the hotel without permission 😂 Okay, we waited for the manager! We were so lucky that the manager was not part of this dirty things happening in the hotel. I think his name was Tarik and to be honest he is the only good person working there. The manager helped us with everything, he managed to find the recording from the camera in the middle of the night. There we could see that my mum and her friend went to breakfast around 08:54 in the morning, and the cleaning staff entered their room right after them! for 3 mins!!! what did she do there?!!?!?!??! The manager told me they are not allowed to enter the room until 11 am!!! Next day the manager had a serious conversation with this girl - for 4 hours she kept telling us that she did not steal any money!!! When they asked her what she did in the room around 9 am, she said she wanted to take the trash out of the room. It is very sweet of her, why then she left the room without the trash???😂 As we could see on the camera record. Only when we went to the police station together with that cleaner, she started to cry and she said she stole the money! The police came to her house and gave us money back! But I really want to say the following: I spent 7 hours trying to take MY MONEY back! I was not guilty that their cleaners steal things from the room, right? And if it is so unsafe in rooms, cleaners can steal something when you are having a shower as well! What did the hotel tell me? They said 'sorry'... THANKS! Sorry??? Are you serious???? I ruined the whole Birthday party, I had my tickets to another city, I had fancy restaurant booked, and you say just 'sorry'? Did they offer me a cup of tea while I was waiting for the police? NO. Did they offer at least to pay 10$ for a taxi to the station when they knew I have tickets to another city? No. Did they offer me to have lunch for 15$? NO. The only thing they did is that they were rude to me at the reception. This was a girl working in the restaurant in the hotel and Zara (I think that is her name, she is another manager) who was an absolutely terrible and rude worker. THIS IS THE ATTITUDE TO THEIR CLIENTS THAT THEY HAVE 🙂 The only message from me: DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, there are so many nice hotels there, for a better price. If you do not believe this story is true, please ask the local police for the records.

Don't get me started with this hotel! :-)) The rooms look modern but you feel locked down in a jail cell (the windows slightly open and are dirty!) The elevators take for ever to go up and down! Food is more diverse than other locations I visited in Morroco. I would say it's just OK. Definitely not real 4*!

If you are looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay, with hospitable staff, THIS is where you should be. All staff that I encountered were extremely pleasant and helpful (helping me get a taxi to my destinations here in Casa, directing me to places to find things I needed during my trip, food service, etc.) The housekeeping service was great as well. The hotel is in a convenient location with a great restaurant across the alley. I highly recommend and thank Oum Palace!

I booked the hotel for 10 quarantine purpose. Hotel is good but internet was very slow. However, I am very much impressed by its reception staff Mr. Nuruddin. He helped me a lot to provide hot water, communication with quarantine police and other matters.

This year, we were invited as 6 artists to participate in the Fez Festival of World Sacred Music. We would stay one night in Casablanca and go to Fez the next day. The festival was canceled due to the earthquake. My condolences to the people of Morocco. We made our hotel reservation on a non-refundable because, of course, we did not consider the possibility of an earthquake and the possibility of the festival being canceled due to the earthquake. We were in a difficult situation because we paid in advance and could not get our money back. But Zineb from the hotel kindly helped us with this and postponed our reservation so that we could use it next year. I thank her and the hotel for their help. I will update my review when we stay next year. They have professional and helpful customer service communications.

Disappointed. Pictures were extremely deceiving. The hallway and our room smelled like rotten meat. Beds were extremely hard. Television didn’t work. Air conditioner didn’t work. The area around the hotel was very unkempt and seedy looking. We ended up leaving, and found a different lovely hotel near the airport.

DO NOT GO HERE This business employs multiple staff who attempted to haras and silisit my self and my friend for explicit activities. This experience was both expensive (pre paid) and shocking. The business has been reported to the British consulate in Rabat and the British embassy in marakech. Legal action is currently being considered.

Very nice hotel, close to ancient Medina, Casa Port train station and tramway station. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. My stay was only 1 night, but I could enjoy the buffet breakfast, with so many options. I especially enjoyed the variety of fresh fruit juices. The room is a bit small, but comfortable and modern. Good lighting in the room and the bathroom is very nice. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Conveniently located near the heart of the city, providing easy access to shopping, sightseeing, and a variety of restaurants and bars. Proximity to public transit and the train station makes transportation hassle-free. Additionally, the availability of parking adds to the overall convenience for visitors.
