Old hotel, good for sleeping only, no extra services, In center of Casablanca.

Rooms and location are fine. Front desk banging on my door in the middle of the night because they forgot to get my passport when I checked in. Not so good. I pay for a hotel so I CAN sleep. Not to be woken up from sleep for something they should have done at check in or could have done at check out tomorrow.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever been to. Very expensive for its service, the personnel was rude, the rooms were dirty, smelly and old and the bedclothes and towels were far from white. They made a mistake at our booking and despite our loud negation we were forced to pay double price at our check out. The problem was proven theirs, but we never got refund. I have been to cheap hostels that were much cleaner and friendlier.

Not a safe place, The Director is not professional at all, trying to steal our money, giving the fact that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere so they force you to pay again in the middle of the threatening you I don't recommend this to anyone!

The worst hotel i ever seen ...dirty blunkets , the guy in reciption is rude ...rooms smells bad ...u can't spend the night here ... No wifi ...no hot water ...i don't recomand this hotel

Terrible dirty hotel staffed with rude and incompetent employees. It was too expensive and I was disgusted taking shower, using towels and using the sheets. God only $12 I could've stayed at Western... If I only knew
