Terrible. Avoid it. I have visited Dr.Imane a couple of times now, for my wife's treatment and myself. The doctor gives you good impression but they don't respect appointments. Every time the corrupt secretary gives you an appointment, she makes you wait 2-3 hours. Terrible. Everybody waits as the secretary sneaks in those without appointment in-between because they pay her 10-Dh or 20-Dirham. Today, I had a fight with her and left the cabinet without consultations. She had given me an appointment for 10:00am and made me wait till noon when I protested and left. Doctor is aware of that. These people have no integrity, no principle and no respect for the elderly or sick. They just want your money. 3-hours waiting is not acceptable. Stay away!

I make my appointment at 6 p.m., I arrive 5 minutes before and since it's my first she asks me for my national card, my health insurance and payment in advance!! And just after that she tells me there are 15 patients before and she asks me to wait in the street because there is no room in the waiting room and as soon as my turn arrives she calls me on my cell phone!! As luck would have it, she only told me the information after paying and not before!! When I ask her to give me my money back she does it in a disrespectful way and tears up my mutual insurance!! Because she says she filled it!! In short, a very bad experience, I don't recommend it at all.

I highly recommend Doctor El Mansouri. Very great skills both in surgery and in consultation to diagnose the illnesses of several members of my family. The doctor gives a lot of time to each patient which explains the waiting time in the room. A wait time worth it. Very human doctor with a lot of empathy and professional conscience.

Honestly, the best doctor in Morocco in her field of specialization and excellent surgery. Above all, she is a very competent human being. We have known her for years. Never seen before in my life! *No respect for patients and their commitments: An appointment at 9:00 a.m. confirmed by Dr Mansouri, but no, you have to come at 9:00 a.m. to queue even if you are old, pregnant, disabled, baby... *Doctor who arrives quietly at 10:00 a.m. then already stresses around ten patients. Respect your patients and respect your appointments and commitments! Avoid Doctor talking about social statuses: We're not here for that! I regret having known this Firm. A day lost for free because of an appointment that makes no sense. Redo your operating system, your communication and your sense of commitment.
