    Good gym.has everything you need. Men dont get as much value ss they can only use the crossfit section for 3 of the days of the week. Some of their classes are so confusing....i was watching some people roll around on the floor??? Like what?

    Cap form is the best gym i ever been to. Friendly environment, happy and cheerful people and very professional coaches everything in a very clean place. The community is stunningly beautiful.I highly recommand it. See you at Cap form i hope...

    I don't get one thing, so Ladies can train every single day, but guys not, we can only train Tuesdays and Thursdays, I think it's absurd
