I
had
gommage
savonnage,
manicure
and
pedicure,
for
the
hammam
part,
the
service
was
ok,
it
could
have
been
better
considering
the
price
they
charge.
The
manicure
medicure
part
was
disappointing,
the
chair
I
was
sitting
on
broke,
I
fell
and
I
got
all
wet
with
the
water
where
I
had
my
hand
dipped
as
I
dragged
it
with
me
while
falling,
luckily
I
didn’t
get
hurt
but
it
was
definitely
not
a
pleasant
experience,
I
stayed
calm
as
I
just
wanted
to
get
done
with
everything,
when
I
was
done
and
went
to
pay
they
asked
me
to
pay
the
full
price
and
I
was
surprised
as
I
was
expecting
them
to
discount
the
price
due
to
the
incident,
when
I
mentioned
that
they
kinda
of
were
surprised
too
and
thought
it
was
a
joke,
I
explained
that
it
was
not
and
that
I
was
serious
as
what
was
supposed
to
be
a
relaxing
experience
was
in
fact
frustrating,
made
my
clothes
dirty,
made
me
uncomfortable
and
ruined
my
day,
the
guy
at
the
cashier
said
he
couldn’t
do
anything
and
asked
me
to
speak
to
the
owner,
I
went
upstairs
to
see
her
but
she
had
left
already.
I
don’t
blame
the
girl
who
did
my
manicure/pedicure
nor
the
cashier
but
I
blame
the
owner
as
she
witnessed
the
incident
and
she
should
have
given
instructions
/guidance
to
her
employees
to
make
my
experience
better,
especially
that
she
seemed
to
be
hands
on
the
business,
asking
me
if
I
was
okey
was
not
enough,
needless
to
mention
that
the
equipment
used
and
the
area
for
esthetician
was
not
clean,
there
are
better
places
where
you
can
get
better
service
worth
the
money
you
pay,
I
paid
400
Mad
in
total
and
ended
up
with
so
much
frustration,
never
again!
