I am shocked and Surprised at the Service of the U.S Embassy in Casablanca. I have attempted to e-mail and contact them via US phone number and my Fiancée trying via Morrocan Number. I call and says have my information available open until 3 pm est but call gets disconnected. No responses to emails well over a month nor any telephone communication. The site does not show any appointments available this is extremely disappointing. My Father is sick and I want my Fiancée to atleast be able to meet my father. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE BEING A U.S CITIZEN. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AT THIS POINT AND NOT SURE WHAT TO DO AS MY FORM IS SET TO expire which has taken well Over a year to get approved and sent to NVC.

Terrible service. If and it is a very big IF you can reach anyone, they always tell us our case has been escalated. After waiting more than a year, they told us to expect a decision in 5-6 weeks. That was January 2022. Just give you the run around.

This is the worst of the worst my husband had his interview on February of 2022 asked for more documents tell this day august 28 no update on my husbands case and they held his passport for all this time my lawyer trying to contact them I tried to contact them unfortunately no answer this is very frustrating all what customers service say is we will escalate your case but there is no response. I understand they have a lot of work to do but come on at least answer the people that’s very unprofessional .

The worse service I have ever got at embassy us I have contacted them by email and by phone nobody respond me my son got problems in morocco he just 8 years old student in Morocco they didn't wanna.make for him his Card Sejour please helps us please dont let's us suffering this way we beg of you helps us we are really frustrated and even we paid our flight to go back home they stop my son from traveling and I lost 750$ me and my son we beg of you to helps us

at my husband’s interview he was handed a 221g form and it stated what the interviewing officer wanted; within hours after his interview he dropped off the documents requested to ARAMEX and they were delivered to the consulate 3 days later. Today I received correspondence that our visa was refused due to the interviewing officer not believing our relationship is genuine which is contradicting to what was requested…not even CLOSE! he had more than enough sufficient prove ready to provide for his interview and showed this to the interviewing officer so if there was ever a doubt or suspicion that she had clearly she could’ve relayed this to him on the day of instead of 39 days after his interview! This is absolutely absurd to refuse someone when all the BONA FIDE evidence is in front of their face and have us wait and stressed out only to find out SHE doesn’t believe our relationship of almost 5 years is not genuine!

Staff & Security people very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional especially the black Security woman in front door should be fired

Terrible service, especially with the administration processing, the Consul will tell you” we will get back to you in 2 weeks” its literally means waiting a year and no response just as in my case. So disappointed.

The security staff and staff are all very nice and friendly. The waiting time inside was a bit long, but in the end the overall rating is positive.
