Jumia is the worst shopping online site, very bad customer care, horrible agents rude impolite and no professionalism. One thing I will give a very bad review and very bade publicity in any place i can i will. HOPEFULLY a responsible will see and read my message.

Very nice welcome in the offices

I've returned a product 3 weeks ago (I was only sent half of the product) and have been waiting for my money back since then. Whenever I ask them for the ARN code (which will help my bank find out what's going on with my reimbursement), they tell me to wait and I'll get the info in the next 48 hours. It's been 2 weeks now, I've contacted them several times, and every single time, I get the same answer, "wait 48 hours." No other information. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I don't trust them with my money anymore, so I won't be ordering from Jumia again.

Jumia delivered me a broken computer cable. I requested an exchange but the customer service never answered my emails/calls. I do not recommend buying electronic products on jumia since you will not be able to return them.

Slow shipping outside big cities. My package has been stuck at "Hub Meknes" for days. Other companies deliver between 24h and 48, not +7 days. I think I will order from somewhere else and dump this order

Jumia Morocco is a scam company. I ordered stainless steel olive oil dispensers and I got steel containers with no value.

Five stars but: A- Stupid bath salt delivery. To jumia: 1- don't send parcels with 12 times their weight of bath salt. I ordered 3 products, net weight 340g. I received my 3 products in 3 parcels.... With 4.5kg of bath salt. That's highly stupid and non environmental friendly. B- put an email address to reach out. I was about to send a private email but now you're exposed in public. Too bad Get the bath salt thing fixed and I'll give a 5star rating.

I had never even heard of this store before I had a fraudulent transaction appear from my bank card. I attempted to get my money refunded via Chat, but the customer service person just kept saying that they couldn't find out who used my card details and to contact the police. The store is in Casablanca, I am in Australia. I work for an online store here, and our company would at least look into the transaction, and when found would be able to tell it wasn't me. This company is just a front for criminal activity.

I place order received it retuned it soon , request refund since January 1st 2023 until today June 27 2023 no money refunded , I called customer service many times cost me more than the amount of the refund ? Every time I called customer services I get deferent response!!! Yesterday they wanted my six month bank statements to prof that I didn’t receive the refund my response to them you prof that you refund the money? When? They are wasting time so I might forget, I will not I will take this case to court.

You gotta teach your delivery people how to drive safely and stop hitting pedestrians.

Horrible delivery service, the driver called at 9 am to confirm that he is coming that day. He texts me 3 times, saying he wants me to call him or the order will be “canceled” I call and call, then he picks up finally and it seems like he didn’t know he texted me and didn’t know who I am. After that I wait all day then at 8 pm I call him back and he’s like “oops, I forgot sorry” :( the next day he comes AFTER SUNSET and only brings 1 product out of the 5 I ordered. If you pay upfront they treat you very bad, because you already paid. Terrible service, I do not recommend Jumia.

Worst online shopping site & customer service ever!!! Jumia never sent me my money back as promised. And If you call them they are not helping you at all or even worse, they just hang up on you. Shame on you!

Verry big scammers i order 2 items i get only one… good that i open package to check it and they stil ask me to pay full price costumers service say why u open package without paying first… then they ask my credit card information’s.. good that i ask for pay in cash big scammers very rude costum support even they tell to carrier that he needs to pay to other half of the money and they wil fire him. They force me to pay all of the money even they give me 1 item…. NEVER EVER BUY HERE BIG SCAMM
