I wanted a visa to Qatar, I have been informed nicely to do it online. The fact that it's impossible to do it online as the payment is in dollars. So cancelling Qatar's flight

Just visited Qatar airways in Cassablanca.. easy to find the place and just enter to the building, it's in 4th floor. Very welcome for the staff, even they're not able to solve my issue (rename my membership) but they're very helpful.. thanks you Mr. Abdulatief for your assistances and advise.

Very good airways, but unfortunately in Baghdad airport the customer service is very bad. My luggage delayed from Doha on flight #QR 458 to Baghdad which is normal, but when it’s reached 2nd day & not giving me because the car was damaged!! I can’t believe them & never trust them. Anyway you know my email. Two companies 1st name is Watania 2nd name is nas . Operated by uneducated ppl.

19.07.2019 Hi there, I booked my flight to Marrakech from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. My luggage has unfortunately not met me here. It is stuck in Casablanca. I have received little to no help and have had to go to the airport every few hours to see if my bag has arrived. I was told by Qatar Airways workers in Doha and Casablanca that my bag would meet me in Marrakech. It has not. It's been 48 hours. This has never happened to me before and it's very sad that it has on my first time flying with Qatar.

The worst service! Would rate it 0/10. The employees have little to no knowledge and they are not willing to offer any help!! Very rude and disrespectful! Would never go back, I'd rather book my flight with another airline than dealing again with such an ill-mannered staff.
