My review is related to the office of Seguranca Social in Cascais. I have been there several times and always had bad experience with the ladies behind the counters. They behave very unprofessionally to the customers, they are rude and not willing to help at all. They refuse to speak with you in english and they try to get rid of the customer as fast as they can. The top was when i was asked to leave even when i still needed some information to explain because the lady told me that there are also other customers. The time we spent at the counter was not even 5 minutes. Especially for the foreigner is very difficult to deal with such people! Terrible customer service for Cascais!

A fantastic experience getting my Residencia certificate. The man that assisted me was incredibly helpful and supportive, as well as having interesting information about the Portuguese language and history. A very positive experience! Thank you.

8 hours to get attended whereas i arrived there before they even opened.

Uau, after about two years trying to get my passport renewed by the unbelievably incompetent, impolite and aggressive staff of the Portuguese consulate in Hamburg, it was such a contrast to get this level of service! Everyone, from the security guards to the people at the desks were so friendly, so helpful! Special thanks to Sílvia, this woman should teach costumer service masterclasses.

Well organized, good service, very practical

Very roude staff. They even don't desrve 1 star also. Last week, I went there to seguranca social for information The security man told me to come early morning and I can apply my social segurance number. Yesterday I went there early in the morning at 5 am to get first in the line. At 9 am the office open. The staff told me that I have to take appointment by telephone.

Over all it’s a good service; well organized, fast and professional.

My partner and I were there this morning to get him his Registration Certificate for EU citizens. We were thrilled to get amazing and friendly service from Isabel, the agent helping us. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She was also very patient with us as we tried our best to communicate in Portuguese with her. She went above and beyond for us, writing us helpful notes to aid us in our journey and answered additional questions that had nothing to do with the Registration Certificate. It was a delight to get to interact with her today.

This is disgusting to make tourists wait here, to submit a simple warning ticket. We aren't from this area and now must endure these beaurocratic laws.
