Every Taco Bells food is the same. This place is super clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a pretty bomb Taco Bell I went to for the first time on the day Taco Bell brought back the Mexican Pizza. While the Taco Bell near our house in Valencia was out of Mexican Pizza, this location in Castaic had it. The Taco Bell was not crowded at all, clean, and had fast service. And the Mexican Pizza was delicious. What more can a man expect from a Taco Bell?

i wish i could say this freaking awesome location of Taco Bell in Castaic, CA has more than five stars because they do ..... and exceptional service every time i visit no matter what time of which day.... nor if i visit via drive thru, or even dine-in.... they always serve me as if i am important and treat me that way just because the customers are the most important thing they truly show in their work ethic and loyalty to the brand itself. thank you guys u r kicka$$ (⁠っ⁠˘̩⁠╭⁠╮⁠˘̩⁠)⁠っ

The cinnamon crisps tasted like actually rancid oil. I'm dead serious when I say I had to spit it out the car window it was so foul

I do not like that they changed their cheese the cheese they use now it's like del tacos it does not melt 🫠🫠 the burritos are very very thin. 🌮😔😔💯

Workers were bad and arguing. They gave our food to someone else so we waited longer. Terrible experience at this Taco Bell

Never had any problems at this Taco Bell until today. Service was around 10-15m a customer, and even after being served by the cashier my drink (mobile order), I waited over 30m for a single cravings box. However, customer service was empathetic, showed genuine concern, and made it right. Cheers!

Nice people food was ready quick and exactly what we expected

Ordered two drinks via inside counter. 11 minutes later and still no drinks we asked about it. Had to prove via receipt because they didn't believe that it would take that long.

Sometimes it's hit or miss but usually it's pretty good. It's the only taco bell for miles so if that's what you want you don't have much of a choice

The food was to be what is expected for taco bell, so pretty good when you are in a hurry, but I'm writing this review because the girl at the drive thru window was extremely patient with me and pleasant. My card wasn't working and I had no idea why! I figured out the issue after a few tries and she was very nice and I valued her patience.

We went through the drive thru. Staff was very friendly and food was served promptly and hot.

Super busy but the ladies on shift today at 1348hrs are awesome! Even though there were some "interesting" customers they kept working and pushing orders. Definitely recommend this place if your on your to do some shopping!

Very good workers who are very friendly, serve the food in a very short time

Super clean just didn't like the fact that they shut one restroom down so that the employees can only use it. Having a big line for the restrooms kids waiting etc. Restroom says no service but clearly we see the employees come in and out of it.

It's taco bell so it can only be soo good but I do enjoy this location for a quick stop!

Late night drive back, we used the kiosk machine thus not much staff interaction. Straightforward night dine in. No problems or issues.

Completely didn't look at the order. Nothing came out the way I ordered. Check your food before leaving the parking lot!

This place was nice and clean. We stopped off before we went on to travel towards long Beach. The staff was overwhelmed but they got the food out. I'm not a huge fan of the Kiosk where you order your food on the TouchPad. It was confusing for the elders in my group because of the menu choices to cheese to sour cream to Tomatoes to everything you could think of.. going through the options was too much for them. I had to ask the staff if we could order the old fashion way up at the counter. Everything else was just fine once we got our food. I used the kiosk and got thru it but for the elderly it's not that easy. They rather speak to a live human being to order their food. Lol ha ha

Stopped by on my way to Long Beach and bought a 7 layer burrito with a small drink. The establishment was well kept and very clean. Restroom were also spotless. A good place to stop by after a very long drive.

Placed a vegetarian order, saw it was made wrong with meat so went to go back to have it remade. After the remake with the receipt right next to them, they then made the wrong order again. They proceeded to do this again before I needed to request a refund. None of the employees cared that they were unable to fulfil an order with three separate chances. When I first ordered, my order was taken by a friend of an employee who happened to be in the restaurant. Extremely unprofessional. Incapable of fulfilling an order with several chances and the exact ingredients next to them. Would sum it up as a bad day if it was wrong twice, but they are purely neglectful.
