Horrible service, went thru drive thru food was old. Walked in 2 request substitute, manager refused to give substitute because I ate 1 nugget. Wouldn't give$ back. Manager Laura, proceeded to ignore me and go back to texting. So I left with no food 13$ less, and had 2 eat elsewhere. Unbelievable!

Stopped to use the facilities, was told you need to be a paying customer. All the paying customers while I was there were there to use the bathrooms. Bought a baked brownie and it was good!

Love this place in Castaic!! Always friendly staff ready to help you! Ive been there early a.m. through late night, and they're always smiling 🙂!! Regardless of the time!! It sure does help when you just got off the freeway, you're tired, & hungry and stop at Jack In The Box for a bite to eat, and it feels like you just got home! Best feeling ever!!! Stop at this particular location for other people. They continue to order from them, so they must like it! What I always find interesting is that the staff turnover in these places must be constant. I have never ever seen the same people twice, forget about months or years. Thinking about getting a job at one of the fast food places and see what it is like.

Be aware.....certain employees will not give you dipping sauce without charging you for it. Never had a problem before tonight when the employee working the drive thru insisted on charging me for them. Service seems to be getting worse here.

Well first of all the lobby is dirty. We've been here at various points in the day and no one is cleaning the floors nor the tables. Second the bathrooms are locked and they only open them if you buy something, which is fine I understand, BUT the bathrooms are disgusting. You'd think keeping them locked and only opening them for paying customers they would be able to keep them cleaner. Honestly just disappointing, we've been coming here for years and it's just gone downhill. I'm not expecting a five star restaurant, but a basic level of cleanliness would be nice.

Honestly the dirtiest fast food restaurant I've ever been in. Just completely neglected. The food was terrible. The chicken wasn't cooked. The staff at the counter were polite and professional.

The service was absolutely horrible! The staff acted like they hated their jobs. The food was ok The restrooms needed serious attention . Will not be stopping here again.

Went through the drive thru and the hash brown I was given was so overly cooked that it was just crispy grease. So then I had to go inside and let them know, and the team leader that I spoke too was so rude. Not necessary…I know she wouldn’t like a hash brown like that.

It was only a brief visit due to needing the toilet, only available for paying customers, during a road trip. I got a small batch of mini churros, which were warm, crisp, and gooey from their chocolate filling. In my opinion, they were quite good, enough so to tempt me into getting some more on the return trip.

I have never had a complaint on a jack n box before.. As much as the jalapeno poppers were..they shouldnt been burnt at all. This was very disappointing...I was to far to turn around and take them back and they were short one jalapeno..Safe to say I won't be back at that location. .

The service was pretty good, the food was good, the bathrooms though were pretty dirty, and there was only one light on, so if they could clean the bathrooms and fix the lights that would be good.

Food here is always Good, The only problem is DINE-IN suppose to be open at 6:30 and they see you standing there and dont give you no kind of info as a Truck Driver who cant drive a Big Truck thru is "Just NOT GOOD"...

What can I say it's still jack in the crack trying to be more upscale and get away from the clown image that made these stores a fun environment for its customers. How many loved talking into the clown face at the drive thru and be greeted in a funy friendly way?

The food was good for fast food. I had a a chicken sandwich and fries and the sandwich was good, the chicken was tender, it wasn't overly breaded and it had good flavor. The people at the counter were nice and polite, the food came quick and warm.

Went and got a lot of food and manager told me I can only get 1 sauce with attitude when I asked for only 3. I think they should mention about the sauce when you’re getting charged at the register not after the fact you already paid.

The food was delicious the sandwich was so crunchy and crispy honestly best sandwich I've had in my life. The only problem was the restrooms were very dirty looked like nobody cleaned there in weeks and the doors were locked. I wonder what they were trying to keep out?? Cleanliness maybe.

I had tacos. My father and brother had burger meals. The food was delicious hot. The only problem was we were coming back from the airport and it was cold outside and also cold inside Jack in the box. Wish they were using some heating.

I am sad to say I was very disappointed with my Jumbo Jack with cheese. My son worked here at this location years ago. He was very proud to say they made the food fresh when ordered. Not my experience this time. The beef patty was not freshly cooked. It seemed as if it was precooked and sitting under a heat lamp. It was very dry and crisp around the edges. The tomatoes were not fresh and the lettuce was limp.

This jack in the box in west hills is my go-to midnight milk shake grab and go. Sometimes later at 2am there will be 1 guy tee. He is so nice. Everywhere else they shut the milkshake machines down . All the other fastfood places around me shut down milk shakes at 9 or 10 . I am not there for a burger I want yummy shake before I go to bed and I have driven to each place for 5 to 10 miles around me. This jack is the only place I have found for a real shake not that mcfake shake. They are lie 5 or 6 bucks but you know I don't mind when I want a shake. Great service and these people they hire for late night rock

The staff acts like robots. Takes your order when they are ready, then treats you like a number. You can't use the bathroom without buying something. It's nothing like pre Covid19. Very sad. But all the fast food restaurants are doing the same thing. Low staff and couldn't care less about the job. Give them their paycheck.

Not open 24 hours. Even though all the lights on the outside say they are. they put a cone in front of the drive-through so you can drive through.

We stopped at this Jack in the Box. I was surprised by the employees unlocking the rest rooms only after purchase. The employees spent as much time unlocking restrooms as making sales. It leads to an atmosphere of suspicion of the people eating there.

Burger meat tasted like it was taken out of the garbage. Inedible, threw it away. Also ordered an Oreo milkshake and it had no flavor. DO NOT STOP HERE 🤮

Saturdays window kid was rude as heck!. Even wadded my 2 dollers in change up in his hand with reciept.....Didn't give me my drinks,and I just payed 48$ for four meals. Food was good.

The night shift on 9/15/22 at 9 pm was so concerned with talking and texting my entire order was wrong. Would give 0 for those two workers

Pretty Freshly cooked and tasted good. They're sneaky here, since it's the bottom of the grapevine they get you to buy food if your in need of the bathroom. No purchase, no access!!

I frequently stop here for a rest break. This time restrooms were locked with sign saying you had to make a purchase to use. Difficulty placing order, too busy with drive thru. I didn't want to take food into bathroom! Employee had to leave service area to go unlock door!! I hope he washed his hands.

Traveling on freeway I-5 when nature called, needed to make an immediate pit stop. Jack in the box was the first. Very clean store with nice employees.
