If
I
could
give
her
zero
stars
I
would.
My
medium
hair
length
haircut
(1
inch
below
my
ear)
took
a
total
of
three
hours.
I
came
into
the
salon
on
time,
only
to
find
that
Paula
had
double
booked
me
because
she
had
just
came
back
from
Vegas….
But
I
had
made
an
appointment
a
week
prior.
She
said
come
back
in
30
minutes
and
I’ll
be
ready.
Came
back
in
30
minutes
and
she
was
working
with
a
new
customer…
then
she
apologized
and
said
she
will
comp
me
for
a
conditioning
treatment….
I
said
no,
I
was
doing
hair
donation
and
it
must
be
clean
and
dry
(therefore
I
washed
my
hair
before
my
appointment).
She
was
nice
and
immediately
said
why
don’t
I
cut
your
hair
for
your
donation
first.
She
cut
my
hair
then
moved
me
to
get
my
conditioning
treatment,
like
an
assembly
line.
She
continued
with
her
client,
while
I
started
with
my
treatment…
after
the
treatment,
they
just
left
me
there…
hair
half
cut
and
wet…
I
waited
and
waited
and
no
update
on
time,
the
guy
that
washed
my
hair
came
back
to
check
up
on
me,
he
said
not
to
worry
just
relax,
Paula
will
be
right
with
you….
Then
he
told
me
how
hungry
Paula
was
and
how
she
didn’t
eat
lunch…
and
he
heated
food
for
her
and
I
had
to
wait
for
her
to
finish
eating….
And
after
she
was
done,
I
still
had
to
wait
before
she
finally
cut
my
hair….
In
between
the
haircut
she
still
answered
the
phone
and
etc
(I
understand
as
a
small
business
that
we
all
need
to
do
that
sometime
but
my
time
is
also
valuable).
After
the
haircut
she
still
have
the
nerve
to
charge
me
$75.00.
Her
rates
were
$45.00
to
$60.00
for
a
medium
cut
and
$15.00
for
a
wash.
Firstly
I
declined
the
treatment,
secondly
I
don’t
see
how
you
can
do
the
treatment
without
washing
my
hair.
It
was
a
good
haircut
but
I’m
never
going
back
again.
I
wouldn’t
be
as
mad,
if
she
had
just
rescheduled.
