Completely disappointed with this place. 30 pounds each for "bottomless" drinks. We were there for 2 hours and had 4 drinks each in total, one of which we didnt even finish. Atmosphere was terrible, very rushed around. Disabled toilet out of use. Food was dreadful, chicken roti roll tasted fishy and bland. Bar was overloaded with orders. Turtle bay needs to up there game before I return. Attached picture is all the food we left. 1 star.

We booked this for 6 on Sunday evening. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 children under 3. Sadly, our food did not arrive until an hour after we ordered it. The macaroni cheese we ordered for the children was flavoured with scotch bonnets! There was a macaroni cheese on the menu like this but it was not the one we ordered. We were all very tired when the food arrived and to be Frank, it was not worth the wait or the money. We were very disappointed considering all the positive reviews we had read. This was to be a treat for us ; we can only assume that something went wrong behind the scenes because our experience was so different from what we were expecting. The one positive was the very attentive waiter. We didn't get his name but he is from another country, a family man living in Fishponds. Hold onto him he is very good.

Lovely lovely staff..got 3 of us in for brunch last minute last Saturday having just arrived in Bristol. Waiter was great..never an empty glass at the table🤣

The place was quit busy but we received a very warm reception and cared for really well. The menu is well priced with quit a selection to pick from. There was quit a wait for the mains but overall the food was spot on. There's a good vibe going on and lovely decor

Really lovely food and cocktails, good vibe and nice service! I think the bottomless wasn’t as fast as I’d have expected. I get cocktails are hard but maybe more staff. Thank you very much and thanks to Limi for being super kind and friendly to all of us and the baby. Give him a raise he deserves it!

Amazing food and great service for our bottomless brunch, made our hen weekend a great one. Jade made some amazing cocktail suggestions. Hopefully be back in the future.

Wow! Where do I start, the food was fantastic and the cocktails phenomenal. We had amazing waitresses, Poppy and Gabriella who ensured we were topped up with scrumptious drinks! 10/10 would come again!

Today has a been a great day celebrating my birthday. Staff have been incredibly helpful and so welcoming. We have really enjoyed every minute of our bottomless brunch. We will definitely come back again.

Ruby was really helpful, when we originally sat down no one served us for 15 minutes, Ruby began serving us even though we weren’t in her section and she was lovely ! So helpful and very friendly! She change the time we were due to finish our bottomless brunch due to the delay. Charles was really nice and talkative

Lovely food recommended by Sam, our waiter. Very friendly dinner service in a chilled out late environment. Found ourselves constantly swaying to the music. Fried chicken with mac n cheese hit the spot.

First hour was poor. We were waiting to get drinks for a long period of time.the second hour was far better. jake who was our server was excellent: He was very attentive and helpful. He really made our time more enjoyable. Without Jake I would have scored this place a 1 star, he was that brilliant.

It was our first time with Caribbean food, but as cuisine, we didn't enjoy it much. Even though the food as nicely served, service was amazing, helpful, and place overall cosy. We both enjoyed starters much more than the main courses, but it's i guess, just the cuisine:)

Our Waiter Tom O went out of his way to recommend the right rum for our night! (Neptune's one of his favourites) It makes such a difference when the Waiter takes the time to let you know his thoughts. Myself and my girlfriend felt like valued customers! And as always the food was gorgeous🙏🏻

Abbie was the best bartender we could have imagined. Expert advice on drinks and the vegan burger was to die for. Manager Charlie was so professional and friendly. 10/10 - recommended!

Lavina was fantastic. She was under staffed, on her own, but still managing all the tables with great quality service and well made drinks. Really appreciate the speed and effort she made to make our experience great. The quality did not fail. Thank you 🙏

Booked in advance for bottomless brunch, it can get full quickly. We arrived to a half full restaurant (which was amazing) our waitress Lennie was absolutely superb, we didn't need to wait for drinks or food. Definitely return, thank you an enjoyable evening.

Food was delicious. We had prawn curry, jerk chicken and fries and curry goat. Friendly service Will definitely come back

Serious vibesssss!!! Abbie was the best, luckily it was a quiet Monday so we had the VIP treatment and Abbie was hot on it making sure our glasses were filled. The food was excellent and the drinks even more so. The Jamaican Mule was a fan favourite! Will definitely be sending my friends here… only if Abbie is working

We came here for one of our best friends birthday. We've had the best catch up forever and Emily was amazing! There for us always, my girl. Despite being so busy! Love the cocktails, the vibe and love you Emily :) great for my dietaries as gf

I was so disappointed here. A lot. We arrived for food and cocktails at 17:45. We waited ONE HOUR for our first round of drinks to be served. Then after ordering food, we had the starter within 5 minutes but then another ONE HOUR wait for our main course. We repeatedly had the wrong drinks brought to our table, or had our drinks forgotten. It was a complete shambles I'm afraid to say. It wasn't even very busy. So no excuse there. I certainly won't be going there again. Despite the food being OK, this time we had a chicken curry that was filled with bones, mac and cheese that seems to have zero cheese. And were there for over 5 hours and spent over £200. We made it from one early happy hour to the next later happy hour and that wasn't by choice.....?!! #MustDoBetter

Was incredibly impressed by my affable and knowledgeable server, Fin, who made some great cocktails and made me feel at home. In fact, I only intended to stop for one, but due to how friendly and professional his service was, I ended up staying for four lovely cocktails. A great experience, complemented by a great bar tender. Thanks, Fin!

Our waiter was amazing and accommodated us even though the kitchen was closing soon, he was so lovely and a great laugh, looked after us the whole time!- this review does not reflect Jake our waiter but the food that we had. We ordered the Mac and cheese side which to be frank was actually horrid and tasted off (we even got the waiter to tried and he agreed) and since our meal last night we have been throwing up and have had stool issues as well, that are not easing off well.

Staff are super friendly, nice vibe. Not the most authentic caribbean food but still tasted good. Would recommend the JPA browned chicken. A little bit expensive for what it is though.

Staff nice enough, but the food isn’t all that. Roti chicken was amazingly bland. Left half of it. The Mac n cheese balls were super dry (apart from one) best thing was the spicy fries. Fizzy mango drink isn’t bad either.

Went for the bottomless brunch yesterday with two friends and it was the best time we ever had. Such a great vibe, gorgeous drinks, yummy food and nothing was a hassle for us. Thank you to Jimmy for looking after us, he is certainly a credit to the team. Such a great time that we are going to book again next month 😁
