    Kieran is a great motivator and really does tailor the sessions to target who he is working with. The equipment is very well thought out and I love that the mixed classes are just a very small group compared to the gym 20+ classes. I was introduced by my brother who's used him as a PT for a few months now and I was so impressed with his progress I've now signed up!

    Training with Kieran has been rewarding, engaging and, most importantly, fun. Our workouts are always bespoke and it is great that he is motivated to continually improve my output and see results. A genuinely nice guy and clearly experienced in his field. Would definitely recommend.

    Kieran is an amazing trainer and will build up your fitness, he is really easy to chat to, an interesting guy, and will build you up to your fitness goals over time, in a friendly, happy and low stress environment. He is incredibly supportive and I highly recommend him! 5/5

    Just completed my first 4 sessions with Kieran and I will be booking in some more. He's professional and swaps things up each season to keep it interesting. We started with a free trial session where he tested my ability and we talked about my goals (strength, weight loss & flexibility) and went from there. I would highly recommend him.

    Kieran's a fantastic personal trainer and has managed to get me fitter and stronger than I've been in a long time at a really affordable price. Always willing to change and adapt the workout plan in the session to cater to your needs and creates such a friendly environment while pushing you harder than you thought you could go. The gym is excellent with lots of high quality equipment and Kieran really knows how to get the most out of each for different body types. I can feel how much my confidence in myself and my body has improved since starting here, and I can't recommend it enough for people at any fitness level looking to train hard with someone who really knows what they're doing (and is crazy strong themself!)     I started training with Kieran around 3 months ago and I am glad to share that Kieran has been one of nicest persons o have ever met . A trainer who understand s the requirements and goals of an individual and who collectively supports and motivates at all times to ensure not only the trainees are getting the best support but also ensures they are well and there is no discomfort. He is one of the most optimistic and positive person. I have ever met and I can very strongly recommended Keirans Bodyweight club membership. His packages in his website are extremely flexible and designed to fit our busy working schedule patterns and they are very moderately priced. Thank you Keiran for all the support you have provided to me . VV

    Started training with Kieran recently for a few weeks and he has been amazing by introducing us to calisthenics and a varied workout plan. He always ensures that you are pushing yourself and improving. Looking forward to achieving my goals with him :)

    I have recently started training at The Bodyweight Club and I’m already loving it and feeling it’s effects! Kieran is a very motivating and thoughtful PT who really tailors the sessions to suit each individual and the small class sizes means it’s such good value for money! I am new to world of weights and gym equipment but Kieran takes the time to ensure your form is correct and to make sure you’re comfortable whilst pushing you to do your best. I’m looking forward to building my strength and fitness with the Bodyweight Club :)

    Kieran is welcoming, makes you feel at ease, always takes time to show you how things are done and is very motivating and encouraging. Definitely experienced in his field and I always look forward to my sessions. Time is taken to make each session bespoke to your needs and each week varies from the past. You can tell Kieran puts a lot of effort into tailoring each session to build you up as you go along. Would highly recommend The Bodyweight Club.

    Kieran is fabulously knowledgeable and professional. He's given me the confidence to use equipment I would have been to afraid to touch in the gym before coming to his ladies only sessions. I am definitely getting fitter and stronger already. I highly recommend The Bodyweight Club!

    I am so happy to have found this club! I hate the gym but I love exercising and keeping fit. This small club is what I needed, Kieran is knowledgeable and can push me just about right without causing injury. I joined first and my daughter followed. She also loves it and it is an opportunity for us to have fun whilst keeping fit. Recomended !

    Kieran is very mindful of the fact that I have started my training at a very low fitness level, having not trained for years. His routines are always varied, and whilst I'm never given an easy time I'm never given more than I can realistically handle. All in all an excellent training concept run safely and professionally at all times. Kieran is very approachable and genuinely wants you to get as much as you can from each session.

    In 2023, I embarked on a transformative journey with Kieran from The Bodyweight Club, which was interwoven with my desire to regain my fitness and health. A key aspect of this journey was the responsibility I was held to every week, ensuring that my fitness didn't falter. Kieran crafted a program for me that balanced strength training, flexibility exercises, and cardio - a trinity that kept my body robust and my lungs at their optimum capacity. Initially, I asked Kieran to help my lower back pain. However, Kieran's expertise helped me navigate through this challenge within the first few weeks. The solution was strengthening my core, a seemingly simple yet effective remedy. At the outset, I harbored some reservations, thinking I might not enjoy this journey. To my surprise, it has become a weekly highlight, a source of joy that I look forward to continuing long-term with Kieran.

    I don't even know where to start with this review for Kieran (TBWC). I got a little stuck after losing 8 stone in weight naturally. So I needed support with those next steps, to gain some shape, tone the loose skin and gain physical strength. But it was way outside my comfort with any idea of fitness, I didn't even think I liked it. However, within that very first session with Kieran, the fear of judgement faded. He was welcoming, professional and just human with me. He was interested in my journey with the weight loss and gave me lots of praise. I could see his own excitement and passion for what he does and how he knew he could get me to my goals. So I decided in that inital session to trust him. I've now had 65 sessions with him (three a week) and I have been hitting new pb's throughout, feeling stronger, much more confident in the ability my body has and no longer dread fitness and actually look forward to what he has planned for each session. I leave absolutely sweating and I know alot of people worry about it. But Kieran doesn't care, its so normal to sweat. I have never felt any judgement from him what so ever! Growth happens outside your comfort zone! Embrace the uncertainty because you wont look back. Kieran has now become a certainty in my life; his personal training and listening ear is vital for me. I'm excited to still see what has to come with more sessions. Highly recommend The Bodyweight Club!!
