Nice little supermarket with a good selection of frozen food and other essentials. The staff are normally efficient, albeit they are not too friendly. The shop is normally very clean and orderly. There are not normally queues to pay, but as they often only have 1 till open ( with the others seemingly not even preapred to be usable all day). When it gets busy, expect a wait. Easy parking is normally available in the nearby Aldi or Sainsburys.

Always the best frozen food spot to go to in my opinion. Quality for fare value, and for all the family budget. They have something from kids to adults. £50 will fill your freeze to the guns

Very handy and somewhat well stocked, although you need to choose your products, some appear to be very expensive, far much more of what you would pay in Aldi which is a short stroll away....

Offers a wide selection of frozen foods and most grocery products. I prefer the frozen berries and fruits for smoothies here. Great deals on frozen seafoods here.

Always a good shop, good prices, lots of variety especially frozen foods, sometimes seem understaffed but they will always jump on the tills and help out if needed.

Seems to be well stocked. Queues, if any, are short. Many frozen foods stocked above the load level in freezers. So wont be buying any just in case they are defrosted then refrozen. Reasonable prices. Staff cheerful.

Good range of frozen and fresh produce. Went in to find two items my twin sister recommend to me. .black jack twisters & angel delight butter scotch ice cream . .found the lollies ,which I must admit are very yummy. But. . The only flavour angel delight ice cream they had was strawberry! 😏. . I will have to keep hoping that the butterscotch makes an appearance! The staff,I only interacted with the girl on the till, was very friendly and smiley.

I popped in to get some slimming world ready meals and the selection to choose from was great! Managed to get 2 weeks worth of lunches to take into work and because of the deals that were on it didn't break the bank! The cashier was also very kind and helpful at the end.

Nice and easy place to shop. Good foods as well. It's all about saving money in Iceland. Take a trip and you won't regret it.

Iceland is a good shop but there are better shops around but they are too far away and I don't drive. I use to live in Thornton heath and I use to shop in their Iceland which is bigger with much more of a choice.

Visited 1st Time. Parking 30 minutes free outside. Its on Main Road. Stocked well.

Handy little shop to pick up your frozen bits. I particularly like their spicy breaded chicken. Watch out for the really hot pizzas they do, set your mouth on fire!!!

It's nice and quiet to shop in unfortunately when you get to the checkout your waiting for someone to actually come to the tills to serve you. At least put a bell for people to ring for assistance or get self serve tills installed

Lovely store..always polite staff except one who was quite rude when I needed access and she was blocking it... Rolling of eyes not good to customer! Great store otherwise always stocked well. I hour free parking too.

Such a great selection of products, even more so since they added the Gregg's frozen foods! No queue for entry and no queue at the till today (Saturday afternoon) all product prices clearly marked and very good value for money here.

The reason that I only gave 3 star's is that the Selsdon branch seem to be concerned with new products, & seem to be dropping some family favourites. Come on Iceland do an in store survey of what the paying public like 👍.

Staff here are polite and helpful. Queues are short and get served quickly. This place however does not have its own parking so you have to park on the high street.

I needed extra assistance with my shopping at the Selsdon branch. The young (mixed race/groovy hair) man was exceptionally kind. He helped me to my car with 10 bags!! Ordered the light Uber eats total of 3 pizzas for a pizza night with my partner and one pizza turned up, next time double check when you put the items on the bag before processing any orders and give it to the drivers, pizza night ruined thank you well done 👏🏻
