There is no where on the website where it says that you're prohibited to be naked. Only on Tuesdays you can wear your swim suit. I felt uncomfortable just walking there.

Was really looking forward to our stay and catchup time. What a disappointment. Stayed overnight plus 35€ weekend excl meals. Due to health issues we decided not to use spa facilities but rather opt for massages. 1 relaxing and 1 sport.. would give 3* dont have expectations for the price you pay. Then as last option we decided to go for the Ayavaya, ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation experience. If it was possible I would give it a -5! If I had to stay in there 1 more minute I would have walked out.. About the experience..just nothing that is advertised is true. Sound....hardly can hear anything. Light therapy...there is a lonely small candle burning in the corner. Water therapy...there is a stream of water on your forehead going down a drain that is a constant irritating sound, overpowering the candle ,the music and the water . You cannot move or you have the water in your face. So to be able to see the candle which forms part of the therapy you have to slightly move your head and peep at it. To be honest..I walked out there with wet hair, upset, irritated and felt I just paid 15€ for a very annoying experience. The room was nice, although no save and no bar fridge. Love the extra soft pillows. Once in room I read that nothing is sound proof so to consider other guests. Obviously the young guest above me did not read that coming back to their room at 2 in the morning. At checkout I was asked to pay the restaurant bill of close to 10 euros. Not a lot , but since I did not use the restaurant and still irritated I declined the bill as it was obviously not mine, nor signed by myself. Nope!

The wellness center is amazing! No complaints. The testurant inside the wellness center has good prices and a chill atmosphere. I will return!

It's definitely a nice place. However, it is a bit less luxurious than you would expect from a spa. The main reason, without getting into details, why I'm not very positive about the place has to with a rather disappointing and a bit rude behaviour of the personal. I visited the place with a girlfriend, and we ended up being kicked out because although she was not wearing a bikini as she was on her period, she was wearing a bottom. This deviated from their bare policy, and they did not want to make an exception even not in this case. Another thing is that the food in the restaurant is rather outdated and there are almost none vegan or vegetarian options or food that, for that matter, supports a healthy lifestyle.

Zimmer modern, Betten etwas durchgelegen.

PS.Handy verboten. Also keine Fotos

Nette, kleine Sauna. Sehr sauber. Fahren dennoch gerne nochmal hin.

Kicked me out because I was bleeding vaginally and didn’t feel comfortable to not wear bikini bottoms. Had nasty rude ladies talking at me and trying to harass me in the spa about my comforts- terrible environment I mean who puts a spa on an industrial estate. Complete inequality for the gender, if you’re male you’ll be ok but if you’re a woman you’ll have to abide by the ‘man’s’ policy because their STRICT policy is the most uptight rubbish I ever came across at a spa. Food was bad quality and amount for the price too. Not to mention limited for those with alt. diets. Go to Elaisa Energetic Wellness- bit pricier but 1000% better.

I booked a massage online but the time in the confirmation email was for 2 hrs later than I thought I had booked. I called 5 times to confirm my appointment time and no one answered. Will not book any services here again.

Relaxing there is all about the atmosphere. Small, but would recommend it to everyone.

First time there didnt get shown around .the waitress was shouting in the kitchen didnt come professional over plus the tomato soup looks and asted like a pack of sieved tomatoes the chip tasted ok but they were cold . Tea/coffee with cake deal first asked waitress if the more expensive tea was included she yes then came to putting it in ordering machine and it wasnt plus the cake portions could be bigger .to take part in the opgietingen you need to get to the sauna 15 mins before hand to geg a tickef for the bottom middel or top sitting .the first time i sat inline and all the bottom tickets except for 1 were gone and sevond time i sent my daughter to stand by the table where they put them and that worked .infared was good and powerful .kruidenbath smelt nice but with the noise wasnt very relaxing .couldnt use the outside whirlbath when the sun was shining it was too hot but nice at night when you could get in there. They need a genteler sauna none of them were under 80 .

Very clean and nice place to spa. The restaurant was very understaffed and lost of maintenance is clearly not being taken care of.

Nice wellness, not the biggest but relaxed atmosphere, enough variety and the herb pool and panorama sauna is definitely a plus.

Nice and well maintained sauna, not too crowded and excellent parking right in front of the property which is located in a Fletcher hotel. Several saunas to choose from, inside/outside pool and hot tub available. Best feature is the Hamam section with incredibly powerful showers and steam room, lovely lighting. Also the herbal bath is properly sized and relaxing. Large roof top sun terrace with smoking area and panoramic sauna. However the panorama is... everything but panoramic, it's Sittard after all. 😂 Large restaurant area, prices are in the upper ranges, however delicious. Staff super friendly in general, however bit uncoordinated in the restaurant which leads to pretty long waiting times to order and to be served. But it was a really relaxing day after all and would recommend as the price is not too high for what is being delivered.
