This is place with store inside, where you can buy a coffee and some sweet and savory snacks and eat on place. This brand is very popular for traditional cakes and snacks, but that is not traditional European breakfast, no eggs etc. You gotta be careful and repeat couple of times if you want espresso, to explain that you don't want a big coffee. I rate 3 stars because the service was not so good, for my espresso I waited like 10 min with no so much visitors inside, where it is supposed to be a coffee- breakfast place, and when they brought me that was an Americano, and I had to wait again, this time 2 minutes for my espresso. But the most terrible point is that the waitors brought me cutlery not packed, not wrapped even, and put it on the table straight away. And this is all in the period of Covid 19. The cake was tasty, yes, but coffee in the end not so much, and this slow and not professional service did my impression.

The "nescau pie", which was nothing like a pie, more like a cake that had been saved and made by a child for days, was horrible (as well as expensive). The truffles made with the worst possible chocolate, and very expensive too. My party turned into a funeral, they should be ashamed to sell products like that, because I was embarrassed to serve this to people. As if that wasn't enough, the service was terrible, the cashier seemed to be dying, and education went a long way. I won't go back.

In general, I think the food, the service, the cleanliness are great, the staff are always very friendly, but today I went there to buy my coffee before work and one negative point, it took about 15/20 minutes for me to be served because Is there any reason the system doesn't pass the money, HI? I had time and I know it's not the girls at the register's fault, but it would be good to pay attention so that no one has to wait so long to be able to buy their things, besides me there were two others waiting. But again, the rest I think is great and that's why I always go there!
