I have had nothing but let down at this Sonic. First thing is the app doesn't work well with this store. Second the last 2 times I've gone there I've gotten leaky cups and both times they made a huge mess in my car. I don't like to complain but it has to be said, please work on getting some better quality serving containers.

I just don't understand why frys, tots and burgers are cold when no one is in line but me. So over priced and employees just don't care. Collecting an easy paycheck 😌 Zack who took our order on Saturday was very nice

Rude and condescending window lady. Shake spilled all over my wife and the inside of the car. When asked to fix and make a new one, got looks like *we* were the rude ones. Forgot to give us our food. No apology. Just disappeared for 5 minutes, returned with our food and sent us away. I get working at Sonic sucks, but come on...

I asked specifically if this store had Onion Rings today because Sonic has had trouble with staffing thru the Covid crisis. They said YES! I ordered a large onion ring, a sonic cheeseburger, and a large diet cherry limeade. I get home and there are no onion rings, they gave me large fries. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

It's Sonic... if you don't know what they have or haven't gone there... do it, then you can say you've been there... it's a great concept for a fast food store... but it really doesn't work here... seems like everyone just uses the drive thru...

Below par service. The cheeseburger was dry. No ketchup in the bag. Just one napkin. And most horrible of them all was the lemonade. I ordered a medium and got 3/4th of the cup full of ice. The photo shows the amount of ice after I finished the drink!!

Multiple issues on this visit. Tried to pull into a order booth. Set the several minutes and then the came on amd told me that only the drive through was being run due to staffing. Everyone was doing the same thing as me due to know signage. Of course this made the drive thru packed. Ordered my food. Simple order. A cheeseburger "hickory style", tots and a lemon berry slush. What did I get? A burger with ketchup, mayo, and zero bbq sauce. The slush was cherry and not lemon berry. And the tots were undercooked to the point they were cool in the middle.... As an owner, I would close for a few hours and figure it out before I ruined my reputation. Worst Sonic visit ever.

Food is great, especially the shakes. However, the last couple of times we've gone we were not informed until AFTER we had ordered that they were not accepting cards for our bank due to some computer issue between them and the bank. To avoid angry customers I'd recommend they at least put a notice up at the drive-thru speaker and the stalls so a decision can be made V BEFORE ordering.

Nice area. Quick service, friendly people. #12 popcorn chicken, fries, with a blue raspberry slush was perfect for a hot day. Plenty of parking but at 2pm the only shaded area was the outdoor seating and drive thru.

The lady who brought me the food was nice and very understanding. But The food sucked. I got the sonic breakfast burrito and it completely fell apart. Came with tater tots and those were SUPER hard. Definitely seemed like they have been sitting a while or something. Also I got the iced coffee and it tastes like watered down coffee. 🤮I will never will go there again.

When I showed up, they had 30 or so firefighters huddled around a speaker ordering and I could tell how hard the staff were working to make sure the order was correct for them. There was a wait, but that's what happens when there are 30 people ordering ahead of you! The staff was so sweet and made a rough day of mine much better. Keep up the good work 💖

Food like every other location, but I sat in my car for almost an hour waiting for my order. All the other locations(ones I've been to at least in 5 different states) when you do an order on your phone and enter the stall # it pops up on the screen you've checked in, and they bring the food out to you. This location doesn't do that and was asking me why I didn't check in with them even though the stall screen showed I checked in. Terrible!

Horrible food. Most was missing or incorrect. Way overpriced for the garbage they serve. Most of the drive in order kiosks don't work. Reassured that Sonic is by far one of the worst fast food options.

Ordered 3 full meals all the same but they only put 1 order of fries in. Its 18 miles each way to go back and complain so we decided to just give the fries to your son and eat chips from home with our burgers. The burgers on the other hand were amazing.

This is a really good sonic. Our food was made well and we were very happy. I would definitely go out of my way just to go here.

Great food but this location is in need of an upgrade. The employee and I couldn't understand each other through the speaker and it led to our order coming out wrong, twice. We ended up just taking what we got and moving on!

Of course, the lines are very long to be served through the drive through. Being from out of town. I didn't pre-order anything on an app. Because I was afraid it would be saggy. As it ended up. Our burgers were soggy. The food taste was good, but you want a good bun when you're having a hamburger. Has always the tots were awesome!

This sonic is nasty would not recommend wasting your money here. They got flys and nats flying All around the store. There is also a worker that goes by rebel blain that works here and he makes the fries good again by refrying them.

Sonic in general as a franchise is pretty tasty. However sometimes here locally depending on the time or location service can lack a little. But that goes with the territory.

Ok, so, just went to Sonic yesterday, the service was a bit slow, like everyone else, they are having a hard time getting people to work. However, the people working were upbeat, positive, and smiling. I give them lots of credit for that!

Every time I go there and get in line in the drive thru. They tell me they are short staffed and closed now. They need to hire people that want to work or hire older reliable people I will never waste my fuel to drive 12 mines 1 way. To be told they can't make a meal . Worst service ever.

Meh, haven't been to Sonic in 5+ years probably will be just as long again... Tots were barely warm, nothing special about the chicken sandwich, it was dry. I did ask for a ranch which they forgot to put in the bag. Wondering if they included it, if it would have saved the food and review?

The food is always great but the customer service at the central point location is always horrible and disgusting. Seems like every time we go. Sometimes we will just go to dairy queen so we don't have to deal with the girls at sonic. But the food is always great, better then most.

The burgers dry and lettuce tasted like it came out of a plastic bag, the burgers fell apart as if they had set for a very long time. The batter on the onion rings tasted like a dry donut. The only good thing was the shakes weren't watery. It was a first and last time to eat at Sonic.

Drive through only. What's the point of even going to Sonic anymore?! And that's not even the reason I'm giving one star. 10:30am, ordered two milkshakes. They got one wrong, fixed it, but the overall quality of these milkshakes sucked. Watery, plus gross whipped cream. Really upset I spent $10 on these things.
