The cashier was pregnant and very attentive the server was also very kind to me we need to knw how to talk to ppl so we can get the same treatment

The lines are always long, no matter the time of day. The food is always excellent and staff is always friendly.

The operations management of this place needs to be revised, it should not be that one has to wait in the line for so long to purchase the another extensive wait to collect your meal. Management need to step up thier game and come up with a more effective and efficient was for customers to make their purchase collect thier meal and be on their way. The place need some renovations and maybe some new assets inclusive a human resources.

The staff was very friendly and the turnaround time was favorable.

Has all ways been my go to place for a quick bite

With so many staff behind the counter the wait time is very long and slow. Plus we all cramp in the small space on the inside. Not to mention being on the outside in boiling sum and pouring rain. BK need to a covering or something so customers can withstand the elements while waiting to go to the cashier

Well I only walked past the place but my last time being in there was an ok experience, they allowed you to add or subtract what you did not like in the meal ordered the customer service was fine but there is always room for improvement.

The place was good the line was a bit long because of how popular the place is you have waiting area to sit so it was okay.

Spanish Town and Naggo Heads Burger King is the worst when it comes to timing. They are always late for opening. You will go there at 8:05 AM and the menu board is off, no one at the cashier and the fryers aren't even up and running and it's after opening hour.

I am not please, got sprite there it it tasted like water with an off flavour. I got it replaced with no apology. Bad customer service.

Their card machine never works and the other day light went and they didn't even have a back up. Just pure chaos and vibes. Workers were in the back sizzling in the heat.

They didn't have what I really wanted and after ordering what they did have, I was still given the wrong order. Not to mention the long wait time.

The line was a bit long but the cashier wasted no time and I was placing my order in no time. I ordered an American sandwich combo. I received my order less then five minutes. The appearance of the meal was good although the burger seem smaller 😆 😄 😅. I went to the Spanish Town locating in the Plaza so you alot of noise and people traffic.

My order gets messed up EVERYTIME I go to this BK. Annoyed 🙄
