Customer service is very poor I called to get the prices of 4 items and she said she could only tell me the price of 1. That makes no sense. Bad attitude like that cause businesses to lose customers. I definetly won't be buying anything there....

This place needs to do something about their awful customer service. The lady who answers the phone must be the owner and she operates in the Dark Ages. She sets the tone for the rest of the staff, who can be just as rude and abrupt. They hate to answer queries about price etc. Avoid this place if you can.

Need more front counter workers.. great varieties of supplies tho.

The worst customer service and this has been going on for years, staff needs to be revamp or be properly train,its like you're begging the staff to spend your money with them.i went to purchase some items at the store ask a customer rep for assistance by the time I turn around to tell her what I wanted she disappear, call out to another staff for assistance she was sitting down at the far back, she just ask me ,'what you want'? And when I told her what I wanted she came to me with the worst kind of display on her face and spoke to me as to say you're bothering me I left and will not gioback there anymore.if you didn't have to give a star for your comment I would not even put one.

The worst hardware I have ever been too the is litteraly no parking up front so you have to park on the side of the road or go around back to and hope there is one there now parking isnt the worst the customer service is -0.00 Im not sure if its because its a sunday and no one wants to be at work but after speaking with different persons there it was clear customer service was no where to be found 👎👎👎👎

Fast and Friendly Service. It was really refreshing to see a Lady taking the orders and her knowledge of the products was extensive. She even corrected me and told me what I really wanted.

Really love this place, they have everything I needed and didn’t have to go to another store. The lady literally took my list and ticked off my items individually, minimal effort I had to use to get my transaction done, my only issue would be just the position of the store where parking is concerned but overall, no issues since the first time I went there !

They were very customer friendly and they answered all my questions and even recommended were I could get the item I was looking for

9/10 times they will have what you are looking for I will give them that. There is also a upstairs section where they have doors, toilets , face basin etc that I never really took note of until recently the stairs is right next to the main entrance. Why 3 out of 5 stars then ?? I don't particularly like the order and payment flow and there is this particular person there that has a superiority complex 🥴those overbearing traits should not be upfront and on display

This place for me is well organized and has respectfull staff ,you can just describe what your looking for and trust me they kn exactly how to assist you and will tell you buy this it's better ,they're even open on Sundays.

This is a great hardware. They alway have what i need even when i can't get it at other hardware store. They have also expanded to a nearby building.
