Crystal clear water. It gets crowded on Sunday’s so if you’re not a fan of crowd during the week would best to visit

It is a great place to enjoy fairly clean river water with locals. There's the food (fish and festival and others) available to purchase. There are vendors with toys for kids to play in the water. Tyre tubes to rented by the hour. There is adequate parking, for a normal day. You are required to pay to enter. Facilities include changing rooms and rest rooms. However the rest rooms are not kept to acceptable standards at all times. The atmosphere is one with music and fun. The road there fairly good with a few potholes. It is definitely worth visiting.

If you follow Google maps your going to be in the middle of the road, type in MBR Mineral to find the exact location of the river. Other than the wrong location of google maps The river is a great area to relax and have fun . It has been developing over the years and now you have more restaurants to grab a bite or drink some thing refreshing. Nice little spot for family fun ,But if you’re a person like me that does not like a crowed place I would advise you to not go on public Holidays.

Really good. Swimming in the freshwater was a beautiful experience, especially while surrounded by stunning hillside scenery. Price was steep, but I guess that is par for the course.

Good chill spot, they do rafting now if anyone is interested. There is also food and music

I'm a Jamaican and to be honest this is one of the worst rivers I've ever been to water isn't clean at all no good service I went today aND believe me it wasn't a good experience at all I wouldn't advice anyone to go there

Beautiful scenery. Peaceful and relaxing environment . You have to pay the locals an entrance fee. Parking is available. Good grounds for a picnic. Usually the locals give a show with their different acrobatics in the river. This place usually attract a small crowd. Water is clean, crisp and cold. Music plays constantly there. So a good little vibe. You can access the bar for beverages and snacks. Be wary of criminal activities in the area, several killings have been reported.

Wonderful place to go to to get away from it all just a few minutes outside Kingston this natural spa is a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life

This place is okay to visit if you reside in Kingston or nearby.

It was a great experience the water was nice and cool the place was very clean, only thing they need more seating.

The 2 sound systems playing music simultaneously did not make it a peaceful visit. The water was clear and refreshing, but had lots of algae and mud in some places. Its not a family oriented venue so it limits the type of people it will attract.

500 for entry, worth it, water is clear and cold. Earlier you arrive the better in terms of crowd but the river is wide enough so the place doesn't feel clustered, lots of food options available for affordable prices. Beware though the rocks are more slippery than any river I've been to and for some reason two different DJs were playing different music at the same time so that was annoying. 8/10

It's cool place but u should carry more eatables and drinks.

Very nice waters. JERK food is mostly done on weekends. Travel through the scheme instead of going on the bad road on your way there.

Close to Kingston, quick get away.

The river is really big and nice and fairly easy to find. It’s also nice to have a river that’s nice closer to town. There’s bathrooms, food and floats on sale and live music

The food, water and atmosphere is excellent

Always wanted to go here.. Finally went.. It was good, not too crowded and not a very expensive entrance fee. Weekends may be busier than usual. There are bathroom facilities, but you may have to use a bucket to flush (at least the day I went) not sure if that is a temporary setup. Ample parking and food is available on site if required.
