Very good hotel with less price near to railway station. Hospitality of the management was awesome. It is located near to Victoria town hall. But hotel staff only know tamil language. It is bit problem other than this everything was good.

Less light in rooms. No proper housekeeping. No food facilities. No Bathroom cleaning, No water purifier, only water dispenser available, no car parking facility available. But rooms are spacious, but not clean, beds are not comfortable.

It's closed from such a long time. Don't think the hotel will start again.

Pathetic rooms. AC rooms have AC but no hot water facility. Toilet looks like public toilet. Receptionist Kannan is a dumb fellow who doesn't understand online bookings. Allows random couples without temperature checks.

They are fraud. I have paid full amount but in their account only showing half payment. They told to do payment again. Rooms are dirty. No hot water. Waste of money

This hotel is not poor... it’s more than WORST in service. After booking 2 rooms, when we reached around 12 in the Midnight. The useless, operator said, rooms are filled. That’s something so irritating. I mean how a hotel can give ur booked room to someone! Oyo rooms are popular among unmarried couples and people do extra marital affairs. But really doesn’t mean if a couple approach without booking, they will offer room and people who have booked will suffer. The WORST part is when I called the oyo assist, I have received even more horrible response. The call connect after 15 mins and the oyo captain put me on hold forever, and I am force to disconnect. Poor Management.. Poor Service.

I am changing my review from best to worst. The room i booked was 202. The room was soo hot. Coudnt sleep al night since i was sweating due to immense heat and mosquito. The fan do not provide any air atall

It was not so good experience. To reach the front desk we have scale very steep stairs. Toilet is very dirty, linens are not good. Not recommended for elders.

Waste of money no security for family only lovers room it's waste and worst room staff also worst no service proving not provided hot water no soap no shanpuuuu always water problem no power

Dirty room. Bed sheet and blanket was used multiple times. Dirty smell was coming. I had to request and explain to them why it needs to be changed and the staff was asking what my problem is!!!!

An ageing commercial complex converted to a hotel.Situated bang in the middle of a commercial marketplace . Dirty bathrooms, dirty linen.....

Rooms good, reasonable price, good response from the staff... Booking through Oyo will get more offer...
