Today had to repeat my order multiple times, eventually after managing to place my order I had to wait by the window. The lady asked for my receipt and as I drove off the order was STILL wrong. This is supposed to be a double Nazo.

It’s like any other mc Donald but would have love did they had self order kiosk to speed up the order process. Only one counter works and it takes them forever to take everyone orders. The same lady who orders also goes and fetches the order so she would take a lot time. The owner is probably saving on staff cost.

Security should do something about the people that harass you at the queue in the drive through. There was a guy that would not leave us alone. Where is your guard to check?

Staff are always exceptionally friendly, and the ship is always clean and neat. The food is always great.

What a pathetic excuse for a take away. The sign outside says open 24 hrs but closed at 07:00 in the morning. Get your act together or leave the country.

Not for the first time, I didn't get everything in my drive through order. Normally it's a juice for a happy meal, today it was an entire burger. They said they would deliver it as I'm 5 min away and because I didn't want to put my kids back in the car to go back for their mistake. I was told my burger would arrive by 630, now 720. Apparently the first delivery guy took the food, second one must be lost. Are they asking customers to deliver? I can't be sure. Check your order folks, especially here. Last visit: you guessed it, again they omitted a burger. This time I checked and when I told them they left something out, they acted surprised. I showed them my receipt and they even seemed to debate whether I should actually get the burger. Don't know what they had to think about. Seems I'm a sucker for punishment

On the internet it says they are open at 7 yet myself and a few other customers waited outside in the cold to get some breakfast before starting our day at work and they are inside started to move tables and mop when they are already supposed to be open. This is terrible service as a franchise you rely on them to be on time. I myself worked in a shop and we always got in a few minutes earlier to put the store in order and set things up. But the main point is that if a store is scheduled to open at a certain time the doors should be open and ready to receive customers at that time. This branch is just unreliable and I am sincerely disappointed. I have added pictures with time stamps.

Bought a Big Mac recently and it was dismal.Like skimping on ingredients.

They have a restaurant level of service!!! Never seen anything like it. Are you a fast food joint or a hotel lol. Thank you to the lady who helped me at the self service screen. Very helpful.

Wow. This must have been the best Mc Donalds experience I have ever had. Such friendly and helpful staff, dealt with all our queries and requests. Food was really fresh and hot. The place was super clean and looked great. Will definitely come back here again!

I was at macdonald for breakfast going somewhere for job interviews. Yooh I got affordable breakfast and it saved my time & money my stomach was full with amazing breakfast thst made me to be ready for the day. Their order system is very simple &quick. Who does not know the taste of macdonald's food!! Please I recommend people to try it. It very fancy but affordable.

Still do not understand why the "Open 24/7" signage cannot be taken down. I would really urge the owner to review employee wellness. Otherwise, food is fresh, at times the service and efficiency is questionably slow, but overall good take away establishment.

You order using those automated machines, very quick if you know how to use them

Pathetic. And this isn't the first time. Waited in the drive through only to be ignored. Moved to the window and again ignored even though someone was standing at the drive through window. Food is inconsistent. Just thrown together Rather go to McDonald's at Centurion Lifestyle.

Takes the order wrong. Says I ordered wrong. Shouts at me and refuses to correct their mistake. Throws my order. Do not wear a mask in covid-19 times as the law state you should.

Glad that we finally have table service in South Africa's McDonald's. 🍔🍟 Also the self service screens are fun, although it would be appreciated if you could add extra sauces and cheese etc to all type of burgers. Now we are just waiting for SA to get the "build my burger" option! 😁

My friend got ice in her drink when she ordered a coke with no ice. After they changed that coke, there was a bug in her drink. I do not recommend this McDonald's. I am disappointed

The worst experience ever!! Placed an order via UberEats just after 18:00 and almost 20:00 I had to cancel my order as the expected delivery time kept changing since the restaurant was busy preparing the order for almost 2 hours. Phoning the restaurant was a total waste of time

One of my frequent stops. Food is great, just a bit dissapointed that they keep getting orders wrong. A while back they forgot a burger with the drive-through (I had to go back), and tonight I asked for a grand chicken special, not the spicy one. Funny even on the box the mild label is punched in but I got the spicy one, I don't like spicy, and they forgot to not add ice with my coke (am already home, too far to drive back for the burger). It's not our job as customers to check our order when we receive it especially with the drive-through, but looks like it's becoming the norm in Centurion.
