The place is so nice ,but the guy at the reception has a very bad attitude I will not go there again after traveling whole night and part of the morning I arrived at the lodge few minutes after 11am I wanted to check in freshen up and rest but was told only to come back after 2pm ,

Place was neat and the staff was so friendly. When I left I forgot some things in the room, they informed me right away, kept them in a safe place until I retrieved them. The prices are decent, will defiantly visit again.

Value for money. Professional and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Had solar electricity to keep lights on during loadshedding. Swimming pool was a relief for the hot weather! Kitchen was well equipped with the necessary utensils. Very nice neighbourhood close to shopping centre. Thank you to Raymond and Wayde, and all the other friendly staff.

Perfect hideaway for business trips. You work easy in the self catering units and tge wifi is perfect.

The staff are exceptional and place is clean. Owner does not allow fringe exceptions on payment even after staying a few days and paying cash upfront. I understand the "risk" for staying one extra day but you must then weigh the risk as owner and that really put me off from the venue. But staff above and beyond

I have been coming to this lovely homely lodge almost weekly for 3 months....it's excellent value for money but most importantly the staff and in particular Wade makes you feel like family they all do their upmost to make your stay an awesome experience!!! Well done 👏

The staff was friendly, place is peaceful. I was just put off a bit by the bathroom space it's very small but in overall I enjoyed the stay will defiantly there again if I'm on that side of the world

If I could give this a rating out of 10 I would, greeted by friendly, helpful staff, the rooms are clean and perfect for business trips or a weekend away with hubby, you have everything you need. It's peaceful, absolutely well maintained and would recommend this to anyone and everyone. Fabulous job to the owner, for the room setup, eating area everything was out of this world. Will definitely be using this place going forward

Rooms Clean, Service good but the room are fairly small, Perfect for work travel, also no microwave but you do get a small bar fridge.

It's a very nice place , affordable . Best place to visit if you need some time away from home .Quite nice and peaceful .

Place is nice nothing much to complain about only the beds was a little meh but other than that wonderful place.

Very quiet , friendly stuff. They didn’t disturb my privacy even ounce. I left early in the morning and when I came back an hour later I came back to find out they used the time to clean my room. For the price there’s no place I’ve been to that compares to this one. I highly recommend it.

Royal prime lodge such a nice view from the outside. I booked in today till Saturday. The guy at reception were very unfriendly. The bathroom were full of ants. They advertised self catering but it was a standard room. No serviceable iron. No plug to charge phone. No water. It was just a disgrace and I had to checked out. The guy at reception were very rude. What an awful experience. Please advertise your guesthouses proper we are paying customers

Such an awesome place! We enjoyed our short stay there. The staff was friendly and helpful. Laundry service was excellent and most of all, the place was very clean (rooms, linen, kitchen & outside). 5 stars 🤩

Friendly and helpful service from the moment you stop at the security gate. The room was clean and adequate. The breakfast was delicious. The handy shop at reception caters to the thirsty person at night. All round, an enjoyable stay. Will definitely recommend. Hope to see you soon!

Stayed there in October. Fantastic service by the manager , Wade I think it is? He helped us on very short notice. Extremely friendly staff. Room was clean. Just an overall great experience, mostly because of the great service.

Beautiful place. There was a guy in the reception i remember he said his name is Raymond . He treated me and my partner with a lot of respect. He was of great help. Definitely we will go back there.

Beautiful place, service was great however it seems should you leave or forget any personal item there nobody can account for it, it just grows legs and thus just your los :(
