Getting ramen right should be the first thing they needed to nail, they missed it. The flavor, texture, noodles to broth ratio, temperature, vegetables, all wrong. And it is overprices. I got the ramen, with great anticipation and having had great experiences in vegan (Men Impossible in Amsterdam) and non vegan places that serve vegan ramen (Neko ramen, just a Km from this place). First there is only one Vegan ramen option and it came out flat, bland, lukewarm and oodles of noodles. There is no option to add heat, except some sriracha (No!). The tofu squares in the ramen were over salty, dripping with soy sauce. The wines by glass were cheap but for us had an acidic taste. I discovered this place opposite to Cloud Cakes and cited for it but was a total let down.

Just amazing! Since becoming vegetarian I have missed having sushi but thank goodness for Breathe! It was unbelievably good even my non-vegetarian friends were blown away! We took the tasting meal and a few extras. We couldn't eat all of it (thankfully they aRe doggybags)! And can we talk about the amazing cocktails! Few tips: - book a head of time because they are fully booked very fast - arrive on time because they have a strict schedule - come on an empty stomach because there is plenty to eat

Delicious vegan food. The only part I didn’t like is when we were told our son could not have his juice on the table. He’s 7 and they didn’t have juice on the menu, so it would be reasonable to allow him to drink and eat with us considering we spent €80. Other than that, a great meal.

Very torn between giving them 4 and 5 stars. The concept is amazing, I love how everything is vegan! I got the tasting menu, where they have different options of sushi. They were quite nice, but I think the sauces on some on the sushi were too much and too heavy, almost like a mayo. Less and it would have been much better. Also, they had a kiwi sushi which for me was not it… flavour wise it was weird combo. Also, for the fact that it has no fish, I think their prices are a little high. I love the open kitchen and the creativity of the place. Also the staff is lovely and they explained all the things in my sushi tray. Overall, I think I might return. 😊

Great find! The discovery plate was delicious and super filling. Very interesting flavors and combinations. Every piece was good but I especially loved the horseradish roll. We had both mocktails and they were both yummy. The tapioca pearls in the Purbbble were not chewy enough, that's my one and only complaint.

I’m not even vegan and I liked it. My vegan wife loved it. She has been vegan almost 15 years. We would eat here again. Service was amazing and the food was awesome. Our server was very friendly and attentive.

The food was delicious (especially the fried seitan & the nectarine dessert), and everyone was so kind. I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong location, and one of the workers kindly called the other location for me to cancel & explain what happened. So happy I went here for my last night in France :)

Only thinking of the amazing sushi at brEAThe makes me instantly hungry again. We had a fabulous early dinner after visiting the Musée d’Orsay. The restaurant is conveniently located in a very popular area. My husband ordered the Rahmen and to this day won’t order it anywhere else out of fear that he might be disappointed (and probably would be), while I indulged the array of Sushi and I would strongly recommend ordering at least three different ones. You won’t regret it. Desert was super yummy, especially if you combine it with one of their extravagant cocktails. Also wine recommendations, just listen to what the service personnel says, they know their job! We had the best night and will return again soon!

Our favorite vegan restaurant in Paris! Feel so lucky to have found this place. The staff are so friendly and attentive but the food is the real star here. We pretty much ordered everything on the menu and had to have seconds of a few items. Definitely not your basic sushi so trust me and make a reservation. Thanks to La Guinguette d’Angèle for making the recommendation!

Oh my god... this was... INCREDIBLE. The roll with the green cabbage/ laco fermented strawberry and seitan is... to DIE for. Unbelievable flavors. I tried the one with the granny smith apple – it was good too (better with the soy sauce they gave me for take away, made the flavors pop) but the first roll was best. Beautiful presentation. Gets busy inside, make a reservation if you want to sit here – especially on a weekend. On a street with two of my other favorite vegan places and fun neighborhood to dine out... friendly service too, they were happy to switch to English the minute my mediocre French came out of my mouth. Will ABSOLUTELY come again!

What an amazing place to go for dinner. They're extremely friendly, patient, professional and the food is delicious!!! Very accommodating, I would recommend taking a reservation but if you're in the area then take a chance. We'll be definitely coming back!! 😊 Food was so delicious that I didn't get chance to even take any pics!!

This was one of the highest-rated vegan places in Paris and we were super-excited for it, but it was a bit of a letdown. To be clear: the food was pretty good and we enjoyed it. Perhaps because we have amazing vegan sushi in Miami (Planta Queen and Shido), the sushi here seemed good but not great. The main thing was that there was a lot of rice, which the delicious sauces couldn’t quite make up for. The tasting plate had good value/variety and we enjoyed it, it just wasn’t on par with the top-notch vegan sushi we are lucky to have in Miami. We also got the ramen, which was good, but a little lacking in flavor/nuance. Overall, I’d say if you don’t have access to vegan sushi and are missing it from your non-vegan times, come here and enjoy – but temper your expectations. A very solid 4 stars from me.

Best sushis I ever had, honestly! We took the chili seitan bites as appetizers, and ordered some seitan + peanut, as well as horseradish makis. It was delicious, fresh, and nutritious. The staff was very welcoming and the restaurant clean and cosy. Directly in my top 3 restaurants in Paris. Loved it and will never miss an opportunity to come back.

Nice and cozy atmosphere, attentive service, amazing food, and drinks. This was our first time here and weren’t sure what to get. Our server suggested the tasting menu and wow, what a great option to have. So so good! Will always visit when in Paris.

Lovely staff, starting with the gentleman who took my reservation over the phone to the sweet ladies who served us once at the restaurant. I love that Paris has become so vegan friendly! The portions are extremely generous and presentation is beautiful.

Finally got the opportunity to discover this plant-based restaurant in Paris. This restaurant is definitively a must try. The asian inspiration of the cuisine are also revisited with an amazing culinary French touch. We went there for lunch to enjoy the Lunch menu (15.5€ for a delicious starter and main or main and dessert) accompanied with a homemade kombucha. Au menu for lunch: Grilled onigiri and japanese curry (rice, seitan with delicious brocolis, carrots, turnips in flavorful curry sauce). My friend went for the Katsudon and she was not deceived. Would definitively come back to try out the dinner menu and the many different declinations of Makis (as well as their famous cocktail). Plus the interior is just stunning and the staff very friendly :) 10/10

Went there because of the google score which is outstanding (4.8), so decided to go there with family, since we are all foodies. I gotta say I was personally a bit disappointed when I saw the menu, since there's not much choice, 4 maki starters and 2 main dishes, ramen and katsudon. I told myself it should mean everything was so good that it would be worth it to order it all, so we had 3 maki combinations (6 makis each) plus both dishes. Truth to be told, sushi is just so good, original and very very tasty, size was big enough so you could eat 2 people out of 4 or 5 combinations. Really liked it 4,5 or 5 out of 5, so far so good! On the other hand, mains are just so disappointing, ramen is totally tasteless, nothing to be saved up, even my sunday homemade chinese noodles are better than this. Katsudon same oh same oh, nothing remarkable on it. Had to add a lot of soy sauce in order to have some taste. Did not stay for dessert because of obvious reasons. Overall 3 out of 5 tops, sorry.

This was an absolutely amazing sushi experience! Me and my husband are not vegan and my best friend and her husband are vegan and we ALL had a positively fantastic dinner! Such a good variety of rolls and the service was impeccable! The cocktails were pretty great too! All around excellent restaurant!

Amazing. The most original vegan sushi place I have ever been to. The creativity that goes into their plates is just mind boggling. It was so delicious I enjoyed every plate. Would definitely recommend getting the “menu degustation” to taste all their different sushis. Really fun and tasteful experience. The ambiance in the restaurant is very cozy and welcoming. Definitely will go again!

Best vegan sushi I’ve ever had, and very good sushi in general! The Inari was my favorite. Highly recommend trying as many as you can!

Today was my first day in Europe/Paris! I am vegan and was so excited to find an all vegan sushi place since I’ve never been to one. I don’t know any French but the staff was so nice when they realized I didn’t. All of the staff was super friendly and sweet. The food was amazing. I will definitely come back
