An authentic Japanese restaurant run by Japanese people and not Filipinos. The fish is fresh. The serving exquisite. The taste magnificent. No more superlatives. Menu is available in English, with explanation. Servers speak french and English. So all in all, the perfect sushi experience in Paris.

I couldn't eat sushi since I came back from Japan ! That's almost like in Japan... almost is just because I'm hard to please :) Just go there if you want to eat some unusual (for french japanese restaurant) sushi and else. Quality is just perfect ! Can be expensive but it's totally usual for this type of japanese restaurant. It's worth it. They even offered us a bit more sushi at the end ! Thanks !

Genuine Japanese Izakaya which is very famous. Recommended to take reservation in the beginning before the visit !

Nice little authentic restaurant. The eel nigiri are an absolute must try in my opinion. Maki were also delicious. There's few tables available but they do take away service as well.

Great small Japanese restautant, good sushi

Good points: Authentic Japanese restaurant. They do sushis & sashimis but it's much more interesting to try the unusual stuff (cold buckwheat noodles, fried sardines, ginger flowers with hanakatsuo, or a bowl of eel livers...). We've been there 3 times this year and every dish we've sampled had very rich & complex tastes. "Bad" points: don't go if you're very hungry, portions are small - as they should be in Japanese cuisine; it's a wee bit on the expensive side.

Went for lunch and ordered their sashimi special. It was wonderful to eat a variety of the freshest fish in an authentic Japanese eatery. My favorite was the fatty tuna that literally melts in your mouth.

Had a real pleasure visiting Sanki restaurant. Sashimi I am a real fan of, was exceptionally fresh. Considering fact there are plenty places in Paris that relies on Citi's reputation rather than on a food quality I am giving Sanki 5 deserved *.
