In general, the staff is very friendly, except for Mr. Diego, who is the owner, he is an arrogant person who has no experience with customer service at all, he is only interested in getting paid. For that reason we stopped going.

Terrible place, two years ago they almost let my dog ​​die, then a 4-month-old puppy; I had to take him to Bogotá to a veterinary center where they do have professional ethics to save him. I agree with some opinions that the owner lacks humility and probably knows nothing.
