Nice bikes. Excellent service Really helpful. We rented 4 bikes. Due to some unfortunate events (lost one of the keys) we got late to return. The cycling tour guy was really helpful, they even waited for us after 7. I recommend this place.

I can't recommend these guys enough. I originally rented a basic bike from them for 6 days and when I came to pick it up, it was ready right away. They were friendly and professional. After the original 6 days, I decided to rent it for 4 more days. They made the change seamlessly. The bike itself was in great repair and was completely reliable. If you are looking for somewhere to rent a bike while in La Rochelle, this is the place to go. They are also super conveniently located at the Gare St Lazare. Thanks for helping make my time in La Rochelle so much fun.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We changed our reservations upon arrival, and there was no issue at all. In fact, they were very understanding to our situation. The bikes were well maintained and in good working order. Helmets, locks, panniers and tire repair kit were included in the cost of the bikes (which was not always the case during our holidays.)

The bikes were great quality and the company could not have been more helpful. They even stored out suitcase at the location in town for us on our last day. Really super service.

Great experience renting bikes from here for the day, had a great trip to Ile De Re with electric bikes which were recommended and we did not regret paying the extra for them but still very affordable. Extra bonus that they spoke English. Would definitely use this company again

Had an amazing time renting from cycling Tour yesterday. Turned up without a booking on a Sunday and had really quick and friendly service. Amazing value for money, we used an electric bike to go to and around ile de re for the day. It meant we had no pressure trying to make buses or wait around for public transport and made it very easy for us to get around the island. Would definately do it again and recommend others to come here too.

Amazing service and I had the best two days hiring an electric bike. Perfect for cycling to Ile de ré and a very reasonable price. Shoutout to Charlie who was the most helpful after I had a terrible experience at another bike rental store around the corner. He was so friendly, helpful, accommodating and knowledgable. The bike worked perfectly and battery still had about 25% left after two days solid useage on the highest setting (I’m not a strong cyclist!) Thanks so much :)

We had a great experience with Cycling Tour. Comfortable bikes at a very reasonable price, which did not let us down. We were provided with a puncture kit, helmets etc. for free with the bikes. Frederic who served us was very helpful in the booking of the bikes from England, which made for an easy pick-up and drop off at the start and end of our trip. Would recommend and would use again.
