It's a nice hotel for a night stop by in Nantes. Very good location, with parking nearby. The rooms are simple, but nice enough for the price you pay, and the breakfast is good.

I need to give 5 stars. In my oppinion is best Appart City in Nantes. First of all i find it very safe since reception it's open non stop. It's right in the city center, train 10 min walking, tram just in front of the building, a lot of restaurants and shops. Such a beautiful place, Chateau Ducs De Bretagne 3 min away. The stuff very friendly and easy to comunicate with, they speak diferent languages. Also the size of the room is really decent, larger than the most hotel rooms, clean and comfortable.

Me and my friend got there for 1 night We've been very tired and it could be seen Easley. Although the guy at the reception was aware of that, he was disrespectful and sarcastic, was not thoughtful we don't know the local language (I'm pretty sure he said some comments in french to his friends at the the reception about it) This is very unfortunate, unpleasant and disrespectful for any guy would have come, specialy for tourists. Also, I don't understand why do I needed to give my card for 250$ for "in case there's going to be problems with our behavior" It feels very judgemental. Would not come back or recommend. I gave two stars only for the girl in the reception the next morning which behaved as a human being. Also to consider, the room wasnt justify the price and the corridors smells of junk .

Perfect location, 2mins by walk from the tram, high quality restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood. Super chill balcony and cozy space. The taps didn’t work of the first room, they got us another room immediately. Ladies are super friendly. Only thing is that we knew that check in time is around 16 o’clock, but an employee doesn’t let me finish my questions, he interrupted several times by repeating check in time is after 16 o’clock.

Very convenient for the tram and in an area of restaurants. It is ok for one night. We were in a back room so it wasn't noisy, however the hallway smelt strange and the kitchenette had no services for preparing anything and so was not much use. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom and the room was dark. We had a family apartment for 4, it was cramped as you would expect with the sofa bed down There appeared to be a few families with even more members, I don't know how they coped.The staff on the counter were pleasant and friendly. Useful being able to pay extra for the early check in at 12pm.

Two years ago it was much better. The bending machines (coffee and snacks) are out of service, there is no laundry working anymore (before they had a washing machine available for guests, now it is gone). I used to LOVE this hotel for its location and how I felt at home, but not anymore. It is sad!

We were very happy with the apartment and it's great location, also the instant response when we couldn't get in. (The instructions do need to mention the wheel on the keysafe)

I place had bugs, they ate me like anything I have marks all over my body, There were a lot of bugs in the place, my body has gotten red because of bugs. its already been a week but no recovery yet!

I recommend. Great place near the historic center. Shopping close by. Possibility of cooking in the room. Cleanliness and comfort.

Good & bad location at the same time: very close to the centre and the station, however when I went it was the end of the student year, and it was awfully noisy all the way through the night: people shouting, fighting, singing... You name it, I heard it. Maybe it was the timing. Also there is no air con, and when I went it was super hot. Only one window in the flat, so no possibility to create a draft. So best option would be to ask for a room on the side of the courtyard. Avoid the rooms facing the ruse des petites Ecuries. Facilities are ok: clean and functional, not fancy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. So the 3* review is mainly due to the noise and the heat, so beyond the hotel's power. I could have had a very different experience if I had a different room (the hotel vas full, I could not change)

I stayed at AppartCity for three nights whilst being on a business trip to Nantes. Overall, my experience was good, but I have a few comments: - There is a very small sign telling you to lock your room. I only saw it have way into my stay, the staff did not tell me anything during checkin. (Luckily, nothing was stolen even though the room was open the entire day) - I cannot recommend AppartCity for longer stays, as it will not be cleaned during the stay. I totally get that daily cleaning is too much, but cleaning every 2nd or 3rd day would not be too much to ask for, at least when advertising it as a hotel.

Great experience, downtown and very clean room!

Great staff, very helpful. Good WiFi connection. My first room wasn’t clean enough and smelled awfully the cigarette. The second room was OK. The breakfast was OK too, but they were running out of eggs, honey, yogurts and tea spoons.. I appreciated the Tropicana juice but the tea selection and quality can be improved.

Located in a great place, in the center, but without being noisy. There is a parking (for a fee) a few meters away. Good quality - price.

Very poor breakfast, rooms are quite large but badly equipped. Location is good - right at the border of pedestrian area, easy access to the city transport.

I enjoyed my stay. However, it really is loud at night, but there were complimentary ear plugs on my bed :-). I was tired anyway and was able to sleep very well. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was clean the bathroom was clean. The city is surprisingly clean, but they start early in the morning with some noise again.

The electrical socket in my room did not work and there where no other rooms, very disappointed, no compensation offered on the proce point for the inconvenience, won't stay here again

Very central, good range of facilities, friendly staff. I can recommend this hotel most highly
