Ich habe nach der 1 Session der Laser Behandlung schon Erfolgsergebnisse gehabt. Bereits nach der 3. Behandlung sieht man auch die Haarwurzeln nach der Rasur nicht mehr und der Haarwuchs ist deutlich zurückgegangen und die Haare viel feiner. Ich kann die Behandlung bei My Face and Body überzeugt weiterempfehlen!

I absolutely love my experience here! The laser treatment was extremely effective and exceeded my expectations. The FWW fat wrap delivered visible results and the Multishape made my skin firmer and smoother. In addition to the effective treatments, the fat-burning tea "huus gmacht" also made a significant contribution to my weight loss. Sibel was professional and friendly. I feel at home with her. I started with Sibel Laser treatment. I saw results after just 1 treatment! My hair was very strong and with pimples and irritation after shaving. Sibel is a very accommodating person!! I've been seeing her for months for laser treatment and acne treatment... you can't be hair-free by the 8th treatment??? I'm really more than satisfied, I've always heard from others that lasering doesn't work... after several recommendations I started with Sibel and I really have to say she and her work are just great!!!! She always responds to requests, painlessly and very friendly! She is also simply great when it comes to facial treatments!! I got tablets etc from doctors that never helped me... after the treatment at my face and body my face simply became clean. I can recommend her wholeheartedly! :)

The lady who did my service was not friendly to me. I want to believe that this is because she spoke no word of English and I spoke very little German. I want to believe this could be related to communication problem but no this is not the case. The unspoken ways of working and unprofessional behavior is not language related. The way she applied the gel slapping it on the skin not in a subtle way , the way she would not ask politely to lift my skin for her to do edges but rather by call it “Fett”.. indicating I should lift the fat ! Even in German you could say “hold here like this etc”. I had 4 surgeries due to a health condition and where she called “fett” is the just above the stiches from my four surgeries where my skin sagged over. On the table I saw I had my watch on. So I removed it and asked her if she could keep it away as I had gel over me and could not walk. She would just stare back and not move .I then placed the watch near me on the table. It got covered in gel ! Finally she switched off the laser saying treatment is complete and I reminded her that she forgot to do my back. She apologized and started doing it saying she forgot it as I spoke English and she was confused . She also said I was on my phone… I was on my phone when she was doing my legs that too after checking with her that’s it’s ok. I don’t know how that will make her forget one whole part of the treatment . I will not go here again even if treatment results would prove good . For a colored person with no German I was recommended several places in Zurich and Lucerne. I did a mistake coming here . I have had services done at facilities with Swiss employees who are born in Switzerland and spoke in local swiss dialect who were much friendlier than the lady here. I paid over 260chf for rushed process of less than 45min. I know it’s a long review but as a customer I have the right to express my experience at this facility. I walked it with high hopes but came out disgusted and discriminated by the poor service .

I‘m very satisfied with the laser treatment🤩 there are absolutely no cons, only pros!!! It’s very effective and it doesn’t hurt at all. I can only recommend this place ❤️

I have had four laser appointments and facials with Sibel so far. I am very happy with the results. I have dark skin and therefore thought for a long time about whether I should have laser hair removal; I always read that it was a risky method, especially for dark-skinned people. Because laser treatment achieves good results with high contrasts between hair and skin color. Sibel convinced me. Because it has a machine that is suitable for all skin types. I am very satisfied because I almost no longer have to shave my legs and armpits. I had my last laser treatment 3 years ago and I am extremely satisfied. I don't need any follow-up treatments either because the machines are the latest.
