I booked an appointment for my friend and I by phone and asked to have a male massage therapist for my friend. When we got there, we were told that there is no available male therapist. Instead we were questioned why we wanted to have a male therapist which was inappropriate! Our plan was ruined and my friend didn’t get a massage. In the end we were only offered 10% discount for our next visit which it didn’t solve the problem because I was on vacation and didn’t have time to go back to use the small discount

Horrible! Horrible! HORRIBLE! My friend recommended this place to me as she’s a regular in their branch in Ontario. I was supposed to have an appointment today. They had several reminders via email and text which I had confirmed, then when I was on my way like 2 minutes away to their Brossard location this lady called me that Elena won’t be able to make it today and that they are closing! I was like what?! How come I was not informe ahead of time and she just said sorry we are closing in a rude manner! I was driving and was so confused! If they had informed me days or at least hours before then I would completely understand! But not like this! The hassle you caused me today! I am a very busy woman and I had to cancel my appointments today just so I can get a little relaxation in my life and you will just call me to cancel when I was 2 minutes away from you branch without further explanation? No replacement? wow! I work in the customer service industry and this is not how it works! I am in awe on how unprofessional you people are! Instead of me feeling relaxed I feel horrible and stressed out! All thanks to Massage addict Brossard! Great massage. Haven't tried their acupuncture yet. Polite and helpful front desk. Their promotion codes don't work online not sure why. Close to my home so that's the best thing. :D

One of the better places I have visited for massage therapy. Very professional and friendly. The therapist was well skilled and accommodating. I booked a same day appointment. Charges were reasonable. Would not say this is the best massage therapy I have had but certainly would give it another try as it was not bad either, plus the charges are reasonable and the service was very good l.

First time I went for 60 minutes, a week later went for a 90 minutes, will return again next week for more 😍🤩😍 I am definitely addicted to Iman and to this place: impeccable service, care, tenderness, cleanness, good prices, absolute pros! One of the best massages I ever had ever, really recommend it, Alden Tsim was my massage-therapist. I had lot of pain on my back and neck before the massage and he literally gave me back a new back and neck after the massage. I never leave reviews but this time is was a MUST to share!

My recent massage session with therapist Nancy at this establishment was highly disappointing. Throughout the entire session, she kept talking, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the experience. Unlike my past experiences with other therapists who skillfully applied techniques and focused on the right pressure points, Nancy seemed lost and even asked me where to massage, despite booking a whole-body massage. This lack of professionalism and expertise has left me unsatisfied and defeated the purpose of getting a massage.

Went for the first time today and it was exactly what I needed. Iman was patient, kind & excellent at releasing the tension in my neck & shoulders. I am sending my husband to see her tomorrow! Thank you again :)

As a member I have had several massages at Massage Addict Brossard. I booked Janine for almost all my visits. She made a big difference in my physical health, it was a huge improvement thanks to her. She is hardworking, attentive, understands your preferences and does amazing work. Highly recommend!
