Great threading.

Normally go here. Have been for 4 months. Today was terrible. The lady was very inexperienced and eyebrow threading. She cut my face with the thread and Jacked my eyebrows up. I was so red when she finished with UNEVEN BROWS.I complained asked for a manager who wasn't at work. I Contacted the owner who didn't care, wasn't apologetic and blamed it on THE FRANCHISE TRAINING. BE CAREFUL LADIES

I've been about four times. The first couple times were fine. The third time the lady messed up my eyebrows and the fourth time a different lady messed them up. I'm not sure what their names are but one has dark longer hair with an earring in her nose. Not going back. Hate walking around with messed up eyebrows.

I went there to get my eyelash extensions and threaded and the lady name Mona was amazing! Talented and super nice!!

I came in a whole hour before work a lady messed up my eyebrows told me to come back tomorrow at 2pm hopefully they can get fixed will have a update one of my eyes are cut off terribly I got thread and tint

I love going here, super nice lady's they do an excellent job! Lashes that actually last!

I absolutely love this place!! Very friendly & always walk out satisfied! I highly recommend.

my friend went here before her birthday trip and the girl who did her lash extensions WAS NOT THE BEST the technician USED HAIR GLUE on her eyelashes…. She asked for individual lashes and instead the women put an entire lash strip on her eyelid…. My friend had to go to the hospital in Miami and cxl her birthday dinner…. Go somewhere else please

I went there they do a amazing job on my eyebrows but the lashes are horrible fell off the same day and they wouldn’t fix and I called in she said once I left the store there was nothing they can do wouldn’t get my lashes done here but my eyebrows for sure

I got my eyebrows done.. I asked her to remove extras and she literally spoiled the shape of my eyebrows and made them super thin.. poor poor service .. really disappointed..other lady comes and tells me there is nothing that we can do to fix , we won’t charge u for the service today .. Not charging the money is not gonna fix things ..Bunch of inefficient ppl ..

Got my lashes done and they used way too much adhesive. Left my natural lashes severely damaged and almost nonexistent. Extensions should be glued to individual lashes! They all have different growth rates so glueing multiple lashes together can cause them to pull and break off! Don’t to it

She doesn’t know about good shape she just messed up my eye brow never ever go to again
