Disappointed with the interest in my request... came to buy a luxury watch, I was told in September 2021 to come back in February... repeat, in February I was told to come back in June... and this until my fourth visit which results in the same result. Not even a suggestion to test the watch in question. The waiting list is their main excuse, claiming that it is complicated to get the watch in question. However, in Luxembourg, no worries about being on the waiting list. Glad I didn't do business with someone who doesn't want to sell.

Très mauvais service après vente de la Joaillerie Jean Hardy. Suite a l’achat d’un bracelet en juin 2022, le noeud de celui ci a lâché fin septembre sans raison. En plus de l’avoir récupéré qu’après plus d’un mois j’ai eu le droit à une facture et un accueil condescendant. Maison peu recommandable pour des achats d’une plus grande importance (à moins que tous les clients ne soient pas tous logés à la même enseigne?)

Venu avec madame pour m'inscrire sur liste ou commandé un modèle précis (rolex Datejust) et voir si d'autre disponibilités mais pas pris au sérieux contrairement à Nancy ou Luxembourg (annonce 8ans d'attente) j'ai eu le droit à un livre....

Pour ma première experience en tant que client d'une bijouterie joaillerie horlogerie de luxe, j'ai apprécié le choix des produits et surtout le professionnalisme du personnel, les excellents conseils, les précisions données et la personnalisation du service.

Passez votre chemin si vous ne voulez pas acheter un bijou à plus de 10.000 €. Je crois avoir été reçue par le patron qui m'a prise de haut. Nous nous faisons une joie de franchir la porte d'une boutique de luxe après avoir fait des économies pendant des mois et nous sommes reçus comme des malpropres. C'est bien malheureux.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous nous rendons dans cette bijouterie-joaillerie, nous y sommes servis à notre demande par Marine et à chaque fois cela reste un très bon moment d'échanges.
