As said in other comments, it is a franchise and this store is not a real Lego store and the insider program does not work. So far I have not made my purchase from this store. I will get it online or in another store. Otherwise the sellers are friendly

Be careful, fake Lego store!!!! They still don't take the Lego Vip card. Flee this store and fall back on those in Disney village or Lyon Part Dieu which are real Lego stores. In addition, sellers regularly chat with friends of theirs and are not available to customers who come to buy. The prices are also often more expensive than the toy store next door which also sells Lego.
