    Come on, we're redeemed, Yoopi!! we will forget the past! Thanks Keep Cool. Nothing to say, all the machines are new, well done, ... except that after a few months, we discovered the cosmetic effect of Keep cool, ... New, flamboyant, overpriced machines, a fashion phenomenon that follows the evolution of our smartphones which do everything except make calls, so here it's the same twist! We have these new machines where you can watch TV, do your shopping, follow your social networks, communicate, do everything except sports, because when it comes to ergonomics and sports contributions we are far from it!!!. Where have our ATMs and our chest wall warm-up machines gone? We lost everything that made this room attractive compared to the other competitors, which is a shame! Why spend so much agent and fail to finalize the correct installation of the software, our Neoness customer accounts are not recognized, or ok, you have to create new accounts but be careful the account created on the mats is not recognized on ellipticals where you have to recreate an account again. The other applications offered also ask us to create customer accounts, we will have to carry around with anti-dryers to remember all these accounts or put the same one everywhere!! It's a shame not to get to the end of things! Why not be able to use the neoness card on these machines to be recognized and find our favorite programs?? The miracle of digital used as if we were in the Stone Age!! On the other hand, split programs are great! Continue in this direction, but don't just install machines lined up by the hundreds, these are commercial techniques of the past, it doesn't take long to realize that this is only cosmetic!! Changing rooms and toilets, Keep cool hasn't been there yet ha ha; the comparison between the 2 brands is very harsh! Neoness toilets, showers and changing rooms, although functional, are still just as repulsive! We are not asking you to renovate, even old premises can be kept clean, ... ha yes you are going to tell us that it is the customers who are dirty? And so ? Should we settle for this answer? Do the cleaning and ensure the minimum of hygiene for your customers, it is clear that the frequency of visits by maintenance agents is reduced to a minimum with relative efficiency. SOUND SYSTEM: Turn down the sound of this undrinkable music, it has become so loud that we can no longer even hear the music in our headphones. Or add subwoofers, as it is it screams and it's aggressive too high and too loud, we come to relax. Good reading

    45-minute classes have been reduced to 30 minutes. On the other hand, when it comes to machines, we are spoiled for choice. I do not recommend this room.

    I have been a member for a few months, the staff is very friendly and pleasant, always with a smile, the room is clean and good equipment for training and the atmosphere is great, even at peak times it is always pleasant to do your session! Thanks to the Neoness team 🙏🏾

    Mohamed's opinion above is completely false We were present today in the stretching area due to the work in the large room and we are all ready to testify to the bad attitude of this disgusting member. The coach asked this gentleman kindly that a class was going to start there. It was 12:10 p.m. the class started at 12:15 p.m. he replied with a closed air yes in 5 minutes while we members waited for him to leave to put down our material class starting at 12:15 p.m. The coach then asks a reception salesperson to please ask this gentleman to leave the space available for classes. The salesperson kindly knelt down and asked him to leave the space free. Mr. Mohamed responded aggressively and therefore monopolized the space by verbally attacking the salesperson. He continued to mumble at reception, making a complete fool of himself with his bad faith. The salesperson always kept his calm and it was the gentleman who touched the salesperson's shoulder while verbally attacking him. It's incredible this web of lies towards the salesperson that we all know for his kindness, his friendliness, his benevolence and his listening We support our salesperson who was humiliated by this unworthy and lying member and yes there is no room for verbal attacks towards our salespeople who are only doing their job I wanted and we wanted to reestablish the truth Small group course members
