I
am
so
happy
to
find
a
jewelry
store
that
has
a
staff
that
is
happy
to
help
no
matter
what
product
or
budget!
I
received
12
Pandora
items
for
Christmas
and
wanted
to
exchange
2
of
the
beads
(both
new
in
the
line)
but
the
store
closed
it's
doors
a
week
after
Christmas
so
I
called
Pandora
and
they
sent
me
to
the
Southpark
Pandora
store.
I
worked
with
a
sales
associate
who
was
"unhappily
in
training"
and
it
took
her
45
minutes
to
find
the
5
items
I
wanted
to
purchase
and
literally
never
made
eye
contact
with
me.
When
ringing
me
up,
she
would
not
take
my
2
exchanges
because
my
receipt
was
from
another
retailer.
They
sent
me
to
another
Pandora
store
that
was
supposedly
a
"concept
store"
but
they
would
not
exchange
for
the
same
reason
and
sent
me
backwards
to
calling
Pandora
again.
Customer
service
was
rude
and
policy
strict
so
I
was
beginning
to
hate
all
my
Pandora!
I
finally
thought
to
call
Reeds
at
Northlake
and
was
very
lucky
to
get
"Diamond
Dan"
who
was
an
absolute
joy
to
work
with.
He
is
fun
and
passionate
about
his
store
and
bent
over
backwards
to
help
me.
His
store
was
slammed
for
Valentine's
day
and
he
was
worried
that
they
may
not
have
all
the
items
I
wanted
so
he
took
my
order
over
the
phone
for
the
new
beads
and
earrings
and
is
having
them
shipped
directly
to
my
house,
is
waiting
for
us
to
bring
in
my
returns
and
made
notes
of
things
I
like
so
he
can
help
my
Husband
with
his
Valentine
shopping!
A
friend
said
"Of
course
he
was
helpful,
he
wants
your
money!".
Well
guess
what?
He
is
going
to
get
it!
I
will
be
glad
to
support
him,
his
business,
his
positive
attitude
and
funny
personality
in
any
way
that
I
can!
I
choose
that
over
the
foul,
negative,
untrained
and
uncaring
"britches"
at
Pandora
any
day....and
they
wonder
why
the
brand
has
had
two
terrible
years!
Thanks
Dan...please
continue
to
sprinkle
sparkles
on
your
customers...this
world
needs
more
of
you:)
