We used Black Moth Bars for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made! When I saw their adorable green camper, I knew I had to find a venue that would let me bring them in. Our signature drinks were not only delicious, but looked stunning as well. The care and detail that went into the ingredients and garnishes did not go unnoticed and really added the unique touch we were looking for. We got SO SO many compliments from our guests about Black Moth. I also can't say enough great things about Rachel and her team. Leading up to the day she was very responsive to my emails and questions. I was very particular about what I wanted for drinks and Rachel never once made me feel bad or guilty about that! On the wedding day, I was never once worried there would be an issue with the bar because Black Moth would 1000% handle it.

Every single cocktail was delicious, beautiful, and tailored to our tastes! At the wedding, everyone was not only raving about our cocktails, but the experience they had at the bar. Rachel is an amazing mixologist, but she's also a super cool human! Can't wait to work with her again!

We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Rachel and her team. They are great communicators and made everything very easy for us. The cocktails were delicious and they were very flexible at our tasting. Our guests were really impressed with their service and the quality of the cocktails. They could see that Black Moth are professional mixologists and care about the event. At the end of the event, everything was packed up and returned. We highly recommend Black Moth. Black Moth Bars was a huge hit for my in-law’s 50th wedding anniversary. Samantha met with us to talk about what types of drinks we wanted to serve. She was open to all of our ideas, including edible glitter. From there she created a few unique drink suggestions and set up a special tasting for us to try them. They were a dream to work with from planning to cleanup. We can’t wait to use them again! Highly recommend for your bar service needs.

Beyond happy we chose to use Black Moth Bars for our wedding! Samantha and her team absolutely crushed it. We rented their chevron bar which was absolutely beautiful and our signature punch was phenomenal, I can’t even begin to describe how delicious it was. Her and her team nailed every little detail from the display of available drink down to their gorgeous signage. All the prep and leading up to the big day Samantha was so helpful in guiding me as to what wine would work best for our punch and how much alcohol we needed to buy. The entire experience was 10/10 and I highly recommend. I will add photos of their gorgeous bar once I get them in from the photographer.

They created a custom shopping guide so we knew exactly what to buy and how much we needed for our guest count, which made everything so easy! Black Moth did a grand opening party for a new community of mine. They did an awesome job. Drinks were original, creative, and. balanced. People ate the event loved the drinks. They were punctual and accommodating. 5 stars on every level. Highly recommend.

Catching up on reviews. On Saturday 06-11-22, I was baking in the sun for hours while trying to patronize a pop-up for a vegan business. By the time I figured out the drinks people near me were coming from here, figured I'd cool off with some cold. I really wanted a ginger beer, but they weren't available. I went with the Bigger Boat instead since it had pineapple in it. Was a very unique taste but very refreshing in the heat. Made my wait in the long line more manageable.

I booked Black Moth Bars for my Asheville wedding last weekend and I can honestly say it was the best/my favorite wedding decision that we made. We rented the green camper and did two signature cocktails with the team. From the beginning it was such a pleasurable experience. Sam and Rachel and the whole team were so communicative, professional, friendly, and were quick to answer any questions I had in a timely manner, whether that was through email, text, or hopping on the phone. When it came to picking out our signature cocktails, we had so much fun traveling to Charlotte to meet Sam. We were given 4 full cocktails each to sample and choose from which was such a fun experience. There was even a delicious charcuterie board waiting for us at our tasting!! Sam went above and beyond for us and I am so grateful for her. She even went out and bought a frame for me to display our cocktail menu at the bar on the wedding day. On our wedding day, it came as no surprise that the camper bar and the signature drinks were the talk of the night. Sam was open to all my suggestions, helping me decide what kind of "welcome cocktail" to choose, which liquor would be best in our drinks, etc. They even sent over a shopping guide with recommended beers, wines, and liquors which made the entire alcohol purchase process easy and painless. If you're on the fence about booking Black Moth Bars...just DO IT. You will not regret it.
