I’m not vegan or vegetarian, but I do need to eat better. I’m not much of a cook and cooking vegetables is especially daunting. I thought I would try Nourish as an easy way to get more vegetables in my diet. I will receive my third week of meals today. The meals have ranged from good to amazing. I wish I had found Nourish sooner and I highly recommend them.

Nourish has been a staple in our household for quite a while and I really don’t know what I’d do without it at this point. I’ve changed my subscription over time to meet the needs of my family and I love how easy it is to do that. The team at Nourish is super helpful and the food is comforting and healthy. I especially love that they are very low waste—I subscribed to a nationwide/shipping meal prep service before discovering Nourish and I felt like the waste (even stuff that could be recycled) was so excessive each week. Nourish drops your food in a reusable bag with reusable ice packs. They will also take back the individual meal packaging if you don’t wish to keep it. Love Nourish and anything led by the masterful Julia Simon!

I'm not exclusively a vegan or vegetarian, but I've been using this meal service for a few months, now. It is AMAZING! The food is so delicious with a great assortment every week. I feel like I'm eating much healthier, but not sacrificing taste or variety. Nourish is highly recommended!

This is my favorite food, ever. I've been eating it for 4 and a half years and have never been bored or dissatisfied. It's a must for vegans.

I have been ordering through Nourish for over a year, and have never been disappointed. The chefs in the Nourish kitchen are incredibly skilled at creating amazing flavor profiles and using quality ingredients to make delicious, healthy meals. It's so wonderful to have convenient, heat-and-eat meals without having to sacrifice on nutrition or taste!

I ❤❤❤❤ nourish. I'm still mad at myself for just learning about them on year 2 of living in Charlotte. I can't believe I had eaten and LOVED mushrooms. Chef Julia is AMAZING!!! I actually now look forward to going to work on Monday because I know before noon I'll have a delivery. The whole package from delivering and now weekly subscriptions!!! Thank You Nourish Charlotte Team and vendors!!! My health is definitely improving and I can tell that each dish was prepared with love.
