Not fast food, made to order. My double burger was steaming hot, a little crispy from the grill. Very good burger, could not finish my cheesy fries. NOTE: mens room has classy inspirational motivational quotes all over.

Loved it! Steven the owner is the friendliest 👨. Loves his job and business. He was very patient and helpful in our ordering. The Food was Great . I had the #1 chilly cheese burger and fries, but it would have been even better if I had gotten the Chub! Would highly recommend it. Stev3n thank you for your for the great meal.

My fiancé and I came into Chubz for the first time today and the food was amazing. The chili burgers and chili dogs tasted heavenly. Steve displayed amazing customer service and answered all of our many questions and for that we’ll definitely be back.

Delicious! I had the jumbo dog and Chilli cheese fries and you talk about good! My fiance had a burger and he also was very pleased. The insiders were very friendly! We will be back!

10/10 would DEFINITELY eat here again. The food is phenomenal! And the people are super nice and friendly. Make sure you get a chilicheeseburger cause they are really good! I thought it was a little pricey at first, but it was worth every penny.

The whole experience was great! Customer service is A1. The father & son duo that runs the place are so pleasant and helpful. I always enjoy hearing the friendly banter between them lol, cute. Now on to the food. Excellent. I only was able to snap pics of my onion rings that I ordered (when I visited for the second time the very next day!) because we were too busy scarfing down everything thing else. We had wings with the housemade “Barbalow Sauce” 😩😩😩 I could drink that stuff man! The owner really needs to consider bottling and selling that stuff. We also tried the Cheesestake sandwich with fries and onions. The sandwich was great and the onion rings….no lie best I’ve ever had! So light and airy and crispy and not incredibly greasy. Coming from NYC, we eat our onion rings with tartar sauce. They don’t have any here but I tried it with their housemade “Chubz Sauce”. Not disappointed! It’s like a thousand island dressing but not as heavy as the bottled stuff. Go and support these guys if you’re in Charlotte! I’ll be back (every day) on my next trip down. Thanks fellas!

I’ve had a LOT of burgers. This one is top notch; has plenty of meat, bun is soft and crisp, and the chili sauces adds to it! Will be back. Great vibes too.

Ordered a double chili burger and a side of fries to go. Even though I usually don't order chili, it definitely adds to the flavor. Service was quick and staff were friendly. Would recommend if you're in the area. Expect to pay in the 15-20 dollar range for a combo, but I still think it's worth it.

Yes yes yes all of the feels! If you love burgers this is a must! The chili is just perfect on the burgers. Oh fries are hand cut and fried to perfection. For a bonus add chili and cheese. If you are still able, try the onion rings. If you are lucky order a cookie, there is a limited supply daily. Lastly we very much enjoyed the friendliness and hospitality of the owner. It was much past lunch hour so we were blessed to not be caught up in what must be a busy lunch crowd. We will be back to try more menu items!

Love this place. Food is always hot fresh, delicious, some of the best chili burgers I’ve ever had, hand cut fries are always perfect. Chili dogs rock also!! Number 1 is my favorite

Great burgers at good price! Family owned and operated by Steve and his son. The chili is Steve' special recipe and goes with everthing. I had the number one combo with a double decker burger with chili, lettuce, tomato, cheese and pickles. This order came with fries and Steve made them chili cheese fries since it was my first time there. Delicious!

This was my first time eating here. I ordered the patty melt with fries. It was sooooo delicious. The fries were hand cut, fresh and hot. Not a long wait time at all. Food was done rather fast. The service from the owner and his son was impeccable. Thank you for the amazing food and kind customer service which is hard to find these days.

5 Guys who????? I paid $14.15 for a piece of HEAVEN at this place and the only thing I regret is not knowing about it sooner! But before that, lets discuss how amazing Mitch and his dad Steve are at maintaining an amazing menu while thrusting through a large lunch crowd. When I arrived there were 8 ppl in front of me and I decided to wait because of how well Mitch and Steve communicated with the crowed as well as each other!!! I got a number 11 - Chili Cheeseburger, fries and a drink.... and I'll probably go back tomorrow! Steve offered me his homemade sauce for my fries and it should be putting "In-n-Out" OUT of business in California! I am so impressed.. 11/10 would definitely do it again. Thanks again Steve and Mitch my first but for sure not my last time! It was a pleasure.

I tried Chubz based on my Navy brother’s recommendation. Yeah he was 100% spot on!! This place is delicious!! Steve asks you if you want some really boring fries or do ya want some chili?? Since he put it that way, I had to go with chili!! I didn’t get onion rings this time but next time I definitely will do so!! Thanks guys!!

This is a family-owned locals burger joint that is superb and really goes out of its way to serve a high quality product in a short amount of time! Hot N Delicious could also be their name. Steve & Son know their way around a flattop and a deep fryer. I was a 1st timer on Friday and will definitely be back...keep up the quality Chubz! A+ food and service...

Absolutely delicious the owner is a bit of a jokester personality(lol) really down to earth guy he makes everything homemade just about invited us new comers to try I would go for the chili burger n chilli cheese fries excellent choice please give this place a visit kind of a hidden gem of charlotte

West Coast style burgers! Love their style and their home-made tea is some of the BEST I tried in the South!! 👍👍
