so
excited
to
see
there
is
a
Pita
Pit
in
North
Carolina!
However,
I
will
never
visit
this
location
after
my
experience
today.
I
would
have
rated
them
a
zero,
but
it
was
not
an
option.
I
ordered
through
Grubhub.
The
time
for
delivery
said
7pm-7:10pm,
so
I
called
the
restaurant
to
ensure
they
knew
the
order
was
for
now.
I
was
hung
up
on
three
times
one
of
which
was
after
I
inquired
if
the
gentleman
was
the
manager.
I
called
back
and
asked
for
the
manager.
The
woman
identified
herself
as
the
manager.
I
advised
her
that
her
employee
hung
up
on
me
three
times.
She
asked
me
what
I
wanted.
I
explained,
but
then
reminded
her
that
she
never
addressed
the
issue
of
her
employee
hanging
up
on
me
three
times.
She
said
she
would
address
it,
but
it's
really
busy.
I
asked
her
name,
and
she
said
Nadia.
I
asked
her
last
name,
and
she
said
it
didn't
matter.
She
proceeded
to
tell
me
that
they
have
a
whole
line
of
customers.
She
said
she
would
be
calling
her
owner,
and
I
asked
for
his
name.
She
ended
up
hanging
up
on
me,
and
they
would
not
answer
the
phone
when
I
called
back.
I
called
my
credit
card
company
to
put
a
stop
on
payment
since
I
could
not
cancel
the
order
through
Grubhub.
I
was
informed
that
the
charge
was
refunded.
So
basically,
they
cancelled
my
order.
Nadia
should
not
be
a
manager
anywhere
in
her
lifetime,
and
the
owner
needs
to
do
better
with
vetting
during
the
hiring
process.
You
will
continue
to
lose
customers
no
matter
how
good
your
food
is
when
the
customer
service
is
this
poor!
