The place got busy after we got there. All I saw was our server running around and barely another one. I ordered fried zucchini which had zero flavor. The batter was thick and nothing to it.. blah. He ordered Swiss and mushroom burger and I ordered a Cajun chicken. Pretty much the whole order was flavorless. Enter - blue cheese and ketchup. Anywho. We also ordered brownie + ice cream which came with a swish of room temp whipped cream. For our sides we had tater tots weren't cooked thru. Rr were actually clean. Maybe. It was a particularly busy night but then again, no reason to not have food cook thru. Our was handling her stress well. I will say she was pleasant. Its the food.. Won't be visiting anytime soon tho.

Delicious, I ordered the fried chicken salad. Seem to be very popular while I was there. It came with ample chicken tenders on the top. Fresh greens, loaded with everything you would like on a tossed chopped salad. It was delicious. Flat screen TVs everywhere. I would recommend

This was our first, and LAST, time at Jocks and Jills. It was an extremely disappointing experience. Our waiter was nice, but very slow and inattentive. I think it was primarily due to lack of staff. But we had to wait until we could finally see him to get flatware, sweetener, refill on tea, and the check. The most disappointing part was the grilled salmon. I was looking forward to it, but it will overcooked and extremely dry. The accompanying broccoli was undercooked. I will say, the mashed potatoes and garden salad were good and my husband enjoyed his brisket plate. I didn't eat my food and the manager did offer to remake it. I would have preferred to just not be charged since my food wasn't eaten, but, sadly, that option was offered. Again, this was our first experience with this chain, and it is our last. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Awesome sports bar in Charolette area. Full menu. Brisket platter was amazing. Chicken tenders and seasoned fries were fresh and very good. Great food, service and atmosphere.

The fried greens were good until you got half a basket and it's 2 dollars less then a whole burger and fries so they need to not cheap out on fried vegetables the burger was pretty good and the fries were too no complaints there. There's not a bad view in the place though. There was tvs everywhere and very sports bar atmosphere I would go back but the value on food could be adjusted either lower the price or give me a basket of them. Oh and the beers on Sunday days for football was good $3 Miller lites and $4 vizzys highly recommend the orange/strawberry.

Just moved to the Carolinas from LA - WOW what a refreshing change - in just 3 short weeks it has reaffirmed that Humanity does exist and there is still customer service that goes above and beyond! Took a friend to Jack and Jill’s yesterday for lunch, had an amazing waiter “Matt” - what a great asset to your establishment, friendly, attentive, exceptional customer service and he’s a USMC Veteran! Great food, great lunch and EXCEPTIONAL service. This guys deserves 30% tipping! And thank you Jack and Jill for hiring our Veterans ❤️🇺🇸❤️

The wings are huge and delicious. The waiter suggested mixing teriyaki with sweet Thai chili and it was great. There are loads of screens with all the games and enough memorabilia around to keep you busy for awhile! Definitely a place to check out!

Customer service was great, the food was good, and the atmosphere was inviting. The fried zucchini needed a little seasoning. The grilled chicken sandwich and sweet tots were good... I was glad the cinnamon sugar was on the side and not sprinkled over the tots. The lemon pepper thigh bites were good. We split them as an appetizer. We would definitely return.

Let start off with our server, Keisha. She was absolutely amazing. Constantly checked on us, took plates when we finished, and kept our drinks filled. The restaurant is definitely sports based but not like loud and obscene.. I had a house margarita, and the hubs was super happy as they had Coors on tap. Food wise, he had chicken wings, of course, and I had the pork bbq sandwich with tots. He said the wings were mediocre, but the sandwich was amazing. Instead of slaw, they put dill pickles on it, and it was so good!

French fries are a common side dish everywhere you go. But these were deliciously crispy!! Best I've had in a long time. And the sandwich was just as good!

Just your regular sports bar/restaurant, nothing fancy. The service was excellent. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and it was good and juicy. The lettuce and tomato were fresh, not soggy, and the French fries were hot and extra crispy! 😋

It was a little dark for a sports bar, to be honest. The food was okay. Burger I had was a bit dry but edible. Service was decent they were busy at the time with on bartender at the bar. However, he checked with me constantly and was consistent with refills. Overall, it's a decent place that deserves a try.

I didn’t sit down to dine-in, I ordered takeout online but while I sat and waited for the order. I felt very welcomed and everyone greeted me with a warm smile and hello. The manager constantly updated me on the status of my order. It was just an all around great atmosphere. The food was amazing and I will be back to dine-in soon thank you for such great service.

We stopped here after leaving the farmers market , our hostess immediately told us that there was only one server for like 6 tables upon seating us. I felt bad for her, but she provided good service as best as she could. The food was ok and the Arnold Palmer was delicious 🍹.

The Burgers were perfect. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful! We were from out of town and the airport Hyatt (Do not ever stay there) was terrible. We walked down to the restaurant and the waitress actually called the Hyatt hotel that shared the same parking lot with the restaurant! She and the good Hyatt staff helped us get back to the airport in the morning! The drinks were great as well!!

Never thought I'd end up in Charlotte NC but this place is a gem! Great atmosphere with at least 30 TVs & full bar. Brisket is made in house & TENDER! Shout out to awesome bartenders Terri & V!! Definitely a Cheers kinda atmosphere where everyone knows your drink. Would be awesome on Sunday game days

The service was very good. The brisket was juicy and flavorful. The barbecue sauce complimented the brisket very well. The sides were pretty good as well. I really enjoyed the multiple televisions with sports games. This is a cool place to hang out, watch a game, and eat good food.

Great food fresh hot and great service Keisha was my service she was quick on her feet greeted me and had my food out in less than 20 minutes . I got the brisket it’s beef since I don’t eat pork with fries

Just happened upon this place during a recent trip. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Great little sports bar that had bar seating which could get a little loud, and plenty of seating in other sections where you could hear yourself talk while still keeping an eye on one of the many televisions. The server was attentive and our food was prepared in an expeditious manner. I ordered the basic cheeseburger with seasoned fries. The burger was prepared exactly the way it was ordered and the fries were very tasty. Another diner at our table had the loaded potato skins. They were presented in a very unique manner and were fantastic! Next time we're in the Charlotte area, we'll definitely consider eating here!

Pretty average ribs, but I loved the greens (not pictured). I ate this after leaving Carowinds, so maybe the excitement dropping so quick killed my appetite.

Sports Bar and Grill pretty much sums it up. Nice implementation of this genre, with LCD tv's showing sports everywhere, and tons of sports memorabilia. Food is pretty much what you'd expect, wings, burgers, chicken fingers, etc. Burgers are quite good, as was the chicken. Mostly a younger male crowd, and nice upscale decor and feeling. Pleasant place to visit.

I visited here on a Monday afternoon around 2pm in the wintertime with a friend. We opted to sit outside because the weather was beautiful! Our waitress was Tiffany. I ordered a steak Philly and fries as my entree and a Manhattan to drink. It took about 10 minutes to get the food. The Manhattan was very strong and I personally didn’t like it. I like more fruity/sweet drinks. My friend and I stayed for a bit after eating to simply chat. We were there for a little over 1.5 hours. It was a nice experience. I’d return.

This is definitely sports bar food. Do not get your hopes up when you see on the menu JUMBO chicken wings. They are barely average sized. They are fried to a second death. On top of those disappointments, they charge an extra 10% to dig all flats/drums out of the freezer bag. My wings tasted and looked like they were there BEFORE the pandemic hit! The celery was nice and fresh. Oh…and it smells musty and old in the restaurant.

Very good. Simple but versatile menu and nice alcoholic drink choices. Quick ride from the airport and service was friendly and fast. Potato skins were actually just fries but they were still good. Sports atmosphere but still family friendly.

I come here not just for the great food, relaxed atmosphere, and sports memorabilia, but I come here most importantly for the great staff from the bartenders and waiters to even the management! It's a real joy every time I come here. I get taken care like I'm at a 5 star restaurant every tome I come. No other place I'd love to go for lunch. I would definitely recommend Jock n Jills to any of my friends and family cause I know they would get the same experiences I get.

Great place to watch games and eat, I tried the Bacon Cheddar Burger, it was really good.

This is my go-to whenever I'm in town. The food and service are consistently great. Recently, I came in about 5 minutes before close and they were so accommodating! Made me a quick burger to go and a drink from the bar with no hassle, no complaints. I've worked in food service before and I KNOW how inconvenient that kind of customers are. But Teri took care of me with no hesitation. They continue to earn my repeat business every time I come!
