Well I guess I had to give them a try, i dont believe in rumors and hearing they weren't great and they were closing I understand why now. The hostess, was at the bar with her bf and bf, I guess me assuming them leaving meant they were customers upset them so they refused to bring any menus or silverware and proceeded to tell the other server I would catch her hands for saying something. So we left. No thank you.

The food was pretty good. New menu as of yesterday (7/27). Tried the Rumpledethumps (pictured) and while it wasn't pretty, it tasted great. Live Jazz music was playing from the rooftop while EDM played on the patio...not a good vibe. Appetizers arrived 30 seconds before entrees. Fried pickles were great but funnel cake fries weren't as good as a real funnel cake... you're been warned. Read a lot of reviews about poor service over the last few weeks and have to agree. Waitress started out really nice, but ended up complaining about splitting the bill 4 ways...like isn't this a meme at this point? I work service industry too and at some point you just have to accept it's part of your job...no need to complain.

I wanted to love this place but it's a work in progress. I went for my birthday brunch on a sunday and sat on the patio. First.. none of the patio fans were working but we sucked it up and dealt with the heat. Second.. one of my guest ordered a bloody Mary only to find out that there was no celery.. another guest ordered wings only to be told that the were no carrots. Not happy.. however in the restaurant's defense.. the manager did try to make it right with the bill and i got a complimentary drink. The food was good and we still enjoyed our selves. Will i rush back any time soon, probably not but will give them a second chance at a later date.

What can I say about this place. The food was amazing and so was the drink. The vibe in here was very chill and laidback. Kind of cool that had a few games that you can play in the back/side room? I had the short rib grill cheese and blue mermaid it was so good. I'm happy my roommate told me about this place it was so worth it.

The manager recommended the Artichoke Spinach Dip and our bartender recommended the Toad on a Log as appetizers. Although both were tasty in their own right (Toad on a Log had a fantastic combination of flavors)~ my favorite, by far, was the Artichoke Dip! Fabulously amazing...I could indulge in it all evening! I highly recommend it. Loved the selected music genre and can't wait to return when we can enjoy the rooftop lounge. The Charlotte City views are beautiful! Thanks so much to Rob! Tracy Broker Out~

Really great service! Was very low key for a brunch spot to which was nice. Their portions are huge and all delicious. The short rib hash is to die for. The Bloody Mary was delicious although a bit pricey which is the only reason for the one less start. Other than that great place. What a view from the top floor too!

The rooftop here has a great view of the Charlotte skyline. The food menu is a bit peculiar with things like "Gypsy Schnitzel", Chicken and Waffles, Burgers, Korean Bibimbap, and short rib grilled cheese. The food is good. There is sometimes a short wait, especially for the rooftop, so make a reservation even if you are going to be there in 20 minutes. There is a pool table, ski-ball, basketball, and a juke-box in a room on the 1st floor. Street parking is sometimes hard to find.
