This is my final time going to this location. They are over priced for slow service and my food was bland and cold. Wet wipes were dry . The only thing that was good was the ruby relaxer. Plates dirty. No hair nets on anyone, one lady was standing by the kitchen ate a piece of candy from her pocket and didn't wash her hands. Mind it it was only 3 tables very slow period. And mid day.. yall need better management

Where do I start. My son and I were there to celebrate his championship game. I expressed this to the waiter while trying to inquire about something else. She didn't bother to congratulate him. We got our drinks I was 1/2 threw my glass and there was something floating under the ice. During this time our BBQ chicken nachos had arrived and we realized it was cold and the shredded cheese wasn't melted nor was it on parchment paper. She insured me I was wrong and that's the way it came. She then just said I'll bring you another tea. No apology or concern for my feelings about it. I chose to order spinach dip instead. I began eating and pretty much 3/4 done I get some weird texture. Cooked onions and then there's more on the plate and raw onion. There's also red/brown stain on my plate. you. Then they bring it there new meaty pasta and it looks nothing like the pictures on the menu and rather nasty. I repeat the other issues and say now this. She says, I'll get the manager, there's nothing I can do for The manager comes, apologized, really nice and understanding. I offer to pay for what my son has eaten and I just want to leave. He comps everything else and $21.79 later I was still hungry, disappointed and disgusted.

The bartender was kind and attentive. Ordered the Holiday Trio. Ribs were fall off the bone great, everything else was avg. at best. No need to request the doneness of steak, it's going to be well done, the mashed potatoes were old and hard. This second visit for 2021, probably my last.

I haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday in many years. They are well known for their excellent salad bar and I had a craving for a good salad. I was truly skeptical of what process works be used at the salad bar. It was not crowded inside so that helped with my anxiety. They had hand sanitizer and gloves located at the beginning of the salad bar which I found to be awesome! What I didn't like was that they didn't require the patrons to wear masks while at the bar. I was really concerned that someone could cough while at the salad bar. We ordered from the menu as well. The service was great. Our server was very attentive but his mask was under his chin while serving us at the table. I started to ask him to put it in but decided against it. Overall, we had a good experience but I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

Really wish I could leave zero stars. Absolutely dissatisfied. I'm in Charlotte due to work. Went here since it's next door to my hotel. Ordered online to be faster. There was no hostess one really slow lady running the entire front of the place. Wait 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up. Get back to my hotel go to eat my food my fries are hard as a rock my burger is way over cooked and and sloppy. Will never eat here again absolutely trash.

I decided to order yesterday since it had gotten late. Smash burger with mushrooms and Swiss. Side was grilled zucchini. I was told food would be ready at 7:56 pm. Ended up about 8:15. Chalked it up to staffing. The burger was dry and i got about 7 pieces of zucchini. The young lady at the to go section. Was great very friendly. I see why this restaurant has gone down in the last 10 years.

Friendly staff. I ordered the blackened shrimps and sausage penna pasta it was delicious except the sausage was not as soft as expected I also ordered the spicy shrimp was very nice. If am in the area again I would definitely go back there.

My husband and I were in the area decided to stop here. We both had the chicken Parm. He had his with mozzarella cheese. Mine was without I was not a fan of the presentation. The chicken itself was really good crispy as it should be on the chicken Parm, the noodles were good too but the sauce was a creamy sauce rather than a marinara sauce, the waitress was just OK. I have been to other Ruby Tuesdays before but this one was not my favorite so next time we’re in that area I will skip it.

We had a large party for a business meeting. Sabrina the bartender was our server. She was flawless. Friendly and on point. The whole group was more than satisfied. She served over 20 people aps, dinner and drinks in two hours. Impeccable service from Sabrina

I’m not a Ruby Tuesday person. But being here for a friends bday the service and professionalism was through the roof. The staff was attentive and friendly. The waitress , Kay, was awesome and sweet. The manager, Britney, came over personally to check on us and introduce her. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to anyone.

Disappointing visit! Never been to this location and safe to say I won't be back! My husband and I walk into this establishment and don't get greeted and why, there is no hostess at the stand. We stood there 10 plus minutes waiting to be seated as MULTIPLE workers walked by and said nothing! After the 10 plus minutes a young lady walks up, asks our party size and then proceeds to tell us she will be right back she has to clean a table (There were maybe 4/5 tables with people, didn't seem busy) Fast forward to getting our food and honestly I've ate at other Ruby Tuesdays that tasted way better! I had alfredo with chicken and the chicken was over cooked and some pieces hard to chew, breadstick burnt and my husbands burger was nothing like it was pictured in the menu. Spent way too much money for nasty food and not so good service. Waitress barely checked in to see if we needed anything(maybe once, if that), her and all the workers seemed more ready to be on their phones and have conversations by the bar, not okay. I am a manager at my food establishment and none of this will be okay with me, especially first impression, GREETING YOUR GUEST!

Alisha was great!! We enjoyed a few brews, the place was lively and just what we were looking for 😋👍

My husband, our 6 yr old son and I ate here and it was great. He and I hadn't eaten here since early 2000s. The menu is diverse and affordable. A step up from Chili's so nice change which is our kudos favorite. Great hot fast food. Good service who was training someone. The best part...kids eat FREE on Wednesdays after 5 AND every Friday! So no excuse to not do a family night at least once a month!

My coworker and I came in for a quick lunch before heading out to have drinks. We sat at the bar just for convenience and KT was our bartender for the day. She was extremely attentive and thoughtful. She even recommended a few breweries near the area which is what we were in search for. Our food came out fast and piping hot. Great experience and definitely will be coming back!

Had a lovely dinner night out at Ruby’s! We love coming here. The salad bar was awesome, like always! Service was outstanding! My friend tried the new T-bone steak and loved it! It was cooked perfectly. my whole family just absolutely adores this place and the staff. Thank you for another amazing dinner!

Amazing experience! Sabrina took such great care of us! She was in such a great mood, so patient with us even though she was busy and knew how to answer all of our questions. We didn’t have to ask for anything. She anticipated all of our needs even before we did! We will DEFINITELY be back for Sabrina!! She was the absolute best. :)

I've been eating out a lot more recently due to unexpected travel and I've been underwhelmed by the affordable eating places. Until I ate at Ruby Tuesday. They had enough staffing, the staff was well qualified and very personable, the food was excellent and very affordable, and when the dessert took a little longer than expected they gave us a free piece of cheesecake while we waited and then gave us the dessert without charging us when it was ready. Thank you Ruby Tuesday for proving you can still get great food at a great price and have a great experience!!

This Ruby Tuesdays is great. The staff is friendly and helpful with the drink recommendations. Juanita was our server and bartender. She is the bomb. The drink she made was great!!! The food was hot and delicious. I will be back soon

16 people who made a reservation. The tables were not set up, t h e service was mediocre, the food was small, tasteless, old, overcooked and took entirely too long for us being the only people ordering. Food had to be sent back, they were out of Ribs. Mashed potatoes were old and dried out. The baked potatoes good, salmon good, cheese sticks good, pumpkin cheesecake good. Salad bar was old mushrooms were black. Nothing was maintained. Server made excuses as well as the manager. A very long hair was found in one of our salad plates attached to some Broccoli. Kids Mac & cheese was made with SPICY queso cheese our 4yr old couldn't eat.

Typical chain restaurant. More upscale than most. Trying then out as I had coupons. Was disappointed that they were out of their signature ribs. Had the glazed salmon instead, my lunch companion had the ribeye. Both meals were well cooked and very flavorful. Good service, good food, definitely worth checking out. Enjoy!

Just AMAZING FOOD & SERVICE!!! We were greeted and seated immediately. I ordered the Hickory Bourbon Chicken along with the salad bar witch was clean, fully stocked, & the dressing was not watered down (like TN). I was absolutely amazed. I ordered a Long Island Ice tea & I had to ask the bartender name (Kevin) to compliment him on his masterpiece! Most places I go have way too much sweet & sour. The manager (James) had stopped by our table to see if he could be of any assistance & to see how the food/service was. This place was an overall great atmosphere and any time I am passing through there, I will definitely be stopping in. They should be a training store to train here in TN!!!

Absolutely terrible! You can wait 10 minutes before the waitress will take your order, another 20 minutes before your drinks come, then 10 to box up your meal. It truly is the worse restaurant I've ever been to. At least the manager will tell you how it is somehow your fault that things are taking so long. She will also try to convince you that the reason that it is terrible there has to do with the pandemic. It isn't, they just do not care. I would never recommend this place.

Solid store in the concept. Service has always been challenging here. I think it's just not in the best neighborhood for employees perhaps. This last visit we had a fantastic server who was full of jokes and very friendly. It was a very long wait for a table at the empty dining room. Didn't seem to be a host. When we were leaving people at the entrance were giving up and walking out after being ignored for so long at the host stand. It's a shame that restaurants can't find workers. The food was really good and one of the few salad bars left which my wife loves.

Although this establishment, much like many others, are short-staffed, that didn't let the staff from giving an enjoyable dining experience. All staff were friendly and hospitable, the pace of the meal was perhaps even faster than expected, and the food was excellent; fresh, hot, and delicious. The garden bar was well stocked and maintained even for it being almost 9pm. I give major props to the store manger and her team for keeping a great guest experience.
