couldn’t
wait
to
get
back
to
my
computer
to
leave
this
review
for
order
taker
DANIEL
and
the
unnamed
“manager”
at
store
#934.
Before
I
even
give
the
terrible
experience
I
will
also
mention
that
I
recently
fractured
my
foot
in
two
places
so
it’s
already
very
difficult
for
me
to
walk
from
my
office
all
the
way
to
this
store
location
on
my
own
with
crutches.
The
store
was
packed
(it
was
lunch
rush
as
usual
uptown
Charlotte
is
busy
between
noon
and
about
1:30pm).
As
I
approached
to
give
my
order
the
cashier
started
off
by
rolling
her
eyes
and
profusely
tapping
on
the
touch
screen
in
front
of
her.
No
initial
eye
contact,
no
“hello”
no
nothing.
I
understand
it’s
busy
and
frustrating
so
I
just
continued
with
my
order.
Daniel
not
only
cut
me
off
mid
sentence
multiple
times
while
taking
my
order
she
also
gave
me
an
attitude
because
I
asked
to
swap
meat
on
my
order.
After
rudely
interrupting
me
several
times
I
mentioned
to
her
she
was
coming
off
aggressive
like
she
had
an
attitude.
She
then
raised
her
voice
at
me
and
told
me
that
I
“don’t
know
what
I
want”
and
she
was
“making
sure
that
I
don’t
get
down
to
the
end
and
start
talking
about
“y’all
got
my
order
wrong!!
blah
blah.”
her
EXACT
words.
Then
proceeds
to
tell
me
I’m
the
one
with
the
attitude.
She
then
tossed
my
receipt
at
me
and
walked
away
ranting
about
me
to
her
coworkers.
I
myself
was
on
the
clock/on
break
so
I
didn’t
have
time
to
go
back
and
forth
with
her
like
I
would’ve
if
I
was
on
my
own
time
and
for
that
DANIEL
should
be
grateful.
Moving
along
they
STILL
got
my
order
wrong.
I
asked
for
a
FAVORITE
ORIGINAL
COMBO,
they
gave
me
no
cup
for
my
beverage
so
on
my
way
to
tell
them
my
sandwich
was
wrong
I
grabbed
a
cup
and
bag
of
chips.
As
I
approach
the
register
I
hear
FROM
THE
MANAGER
ON
DUTY
did
not
get
her
name
she
was
a
shorter,
high
calorie
lady
with
braids.
She
tells
me
I
need
to
pay
for
my
drink
and
chips.
Since
I
was
afraid
they
might
try
to
tamper
with
my
food
I
went
ahead
and
paid
AGAIN
for
my
side
and
beverage
which
was
an
additional
$4.
I
told
them
my
order
was
incorrect
without
even
any
apology
or
any
type
of
compassion
she
turned
around
to
go
remake
my
sandwich.
The
original
cashier
with
the
glasses
and
terrible
attitude
somehow
ended
up
with
my
new
sandwich
and
tossed
it
at
me
without
saying
a
word.
I’m
not
sure
if
it
was
because
they
had
a
bad
day
or
what
but
this
entire
experience
was
unacceptable.
I
will
be
contacting
corporate.
I
would
recommend
for
no
one
to
ever
spend
their
hard
earned
money
at
this
location
the
atmosphere
is
very
negative,
it’s
unorganized
and
now
that
I
think
about
it
not
one
of
those
employees
wore
gloves
as
they
went
from
touching
their
phones
back
to
the
sandwich
station.
