    We ordered catering and our lunch was late by over an hour. Items were not prepared accurately. For example items ordered with no cheese had cheese, items with added ingredients were missing those. Sandwiches weren’t evenly cut so some people ended up with tiny quarter sandwiches. Terrible service and poor attention to detail. Won’t cater from here again.

    Received a random call asking if my sandwich had been delivered yet, it was maybe 20 minutes after I ordered it for delivery. I told them I hadn't received it and the employee told me they would make me one fresh and get it to me ASAP, after about 5 minutes from the call, it was delivered. Another 10 minutes go by and the fresh one was delivered, the driver told me they made me another one and added free chips and a cookie. Great customer service!

    Let's just say best service ever ;) we were at the Charlotte Convention center and didn't know our way around and Tiffany actually rode her bike to us to help us get to the restaurant best service ever 😀 i highly recommend this Jimmy John's on s Tyron street in Charlotte and meeting a new friend is a blessing 🙌 Thanks again for the best service .

    Can I get a #17 with cheese?! Yum! These are just great sandwiches. I wish the place were a tad bigger. Of course at lunch time it's tough to squeeze by to get to the cash register to order sneaking past the people waiting on their sandwiches. There is absolutely no seating here. This is a pick up and go location. I also wish I didn't see the crazy bike delivery guys come close to mowing people over on the street while out on their runs. I do think they're getting better in the latter department, but still more work to do imo. Anyways.. grab a sandwich and go find someplace outside to eat. Enjoy

    Got a turkey sub, 2 let me repeat 2 slices of turkey bacon, i asked for mayo, no mayo, absolutely horrible never go back again in my life oh yeah and the meal came to 26 bucks could have went and sat down and ate dinner never again

    I couldn’t wait to get back to my computer to leave this review for order taker DANIEL and the unnamed “manager” at store #934. Before I even give the terrible experience I will also mention that I recently fractured my foot in two places so it’s already very difficult for me to walk from my office all the way to this store location on my own with crutches. The store was packed (it was lunch rush as usual uptown Charlotte is busy between noon and about 1:30pm). As I approached to give my order the cashier started off by rolling her eyes and profusely tapping on the touch screen in front of her. No initial eye contact, no “hello” no nothing. I understand it’s busy and frustrating so I just continued with my order. Daniel not only cut me off mid sentence multiple times while taking my order she also gave me an attitude because I asked to swap meat on my order. After rudely interrupting me several times I mentioned to her she was coming off aggressive like she had an attitude. She then raised her voice at me and told me that I “don’t know what I want” and she was “making sure that I don’t get down to the end and start talking about “y’all got my order wrong!! blah blah.” her EXACT words. Then proceeds to tell me I’m the one with the attitude. She then tossed my receipt at me and walked away ranting about me to her coworkers. I myself was on the clock/on break so I didn’t have time to go back and forth with her like I would’ve if I was on my own time and for that DANIEL should be grateful. Moving along they STILL got my order wrong. I asked for a FAVORITE ORIGINAL COMBO, they gave me no cup for my beverage so on my way to tell them my sandwich was wrong I grabbed a cup and bag of chips. As I approach the register I hear FROM THE MANAGER ON DUTY did not get her name she was a shorter, high calorie lady with braids. She tells me I need to pay for my drink and chips. Since I was afraid they might try to tamper with my food I went ahead and paid AGAIN for my side and beverage which was an additional $4. I told them my order was incorrect without even any apology or any type of compassion she turned around to go remake my sandwich. The original cashier with the glasses and terrible attitude somehow ended up with my new sandwich and tossed it at me without saying a word. I’m not sure if it was because they had a bad day or what but this entire experience was unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate. I would recommend for no one to ever spend their hard earned money at this location the atmosphere is very negative, it’s unorganized and now that I think about it not one of those employees wore gloves as they went from touching their phones back to the sandwich station.

    So slow. The appeal of Jimmy John’s is the speed of delivery. I ordered an hour ago am still waiting. It’s been ‘out for delivery’ for the last 40 min. I live less than a mile away. Any other delivery service gets here faster. Grubhub, dominos, etc. Freaky slow.

    This store us so very clean the aroma was freshly cooked bread and fresh condiments and meat...The staff was awesome building my #9 to my specifications just wonderful I was in and out in less than 5 minutes so fast I thought I forgot something

    Food is delicious but the workers have a bad attitude and give off bad vibes. Lady did not read ticket number correctly and then proceeded got an attitude with me when I didn't understand. She read the number of the sandwich on menu - not ticket number. I'm not a common customer to Jimmy Johns so I don't know sandwich number off top of my head. Y'all need some grace in your attitude please.

    The staff would prefer you not to bother them. I used the mobile app. They placed my bottled coke in the bag with my sandwich and it was not cold anymore when I picked it up. I don’t normally leave bad reviews.

    I went to this location for a interview. I was told I got the job and I would be sent paperwork. I called for a week and a half, never got a call back. In addition when i called a worker there was like if she ain't call you back then she ain't trying to hire you. I felt the hire manager could have told me that and that was a rude response, when I had to pay someone to bring me to interview. I was treated badly.

    Purchased a sub around 2p. No one greeted me everyone look so annoyed they have to do their job! Cashier was very rude and rushed me taking my order. Was talking to the other employees while I’m ordering my food. Got a combo and all the sodas was flat. Sub was rushed made. This location looks very dirty. I will never return. This location is located in a high volume area clearly they just hiring bodies

    Don’t order delivery - waited an hour, called, said on their way… waited 3 hours.. never got it. No call/message or refund, just never delivered. I was 3 blocks from the store but trapped at work.. so that sucked. On-site ordered food is ok - I’ve had better jimmy John food, but I’ve def had worse from other stores. Will totally go back. Just don’t do delivery.

    Their bread is good, but they are so cheap with the amount of meat they give you. They go crazy heavy on the lettuce though. I feel like I'm eating a lettuce sandwich with a thin strip of meat on it. You have to order extra meat for it to be a real lunch. But true to their word they do put those sandwiches together freaky fast.

    This place is to be avoided. The past few times I have ordered the food takes around an hour to get here...freaky fast, more like freaky slow. I will just get off my butt and walk to subway or jersey mikes if I really want a sandwich...I could be there, eat, go get a coffee and still be back quicker than it would take my one sandwich to arrive. Tack on the extra $3.00 for a delivery fee and their awful customer service when you go in person...I gave them a second chance after they kept leaving my food at the front desk(unmanned..just an empty desk that they thought "I should leave food here") but I wont be giving a third.

    One star because Jimmy Johns is supposed to be "FREAKY FAST" but i waited over an hour for delivery only to be told "We don't deliver to that area" Why isn't that on the website? Why was I charged? Not to mention that the driver was completely incompetent. Couldn't follow simple directions and when trying to instruct him in the most respectful way possible he hung up on me and stopped answering my calls instead of answering and telling me they don't deliver in this area. Which is literally a 3 minute drive from the freaking store. I ordered online because I can't leave for lunch. I ate NOTHING so THANKS. Even after calling the store, they didn't communicate the fact that THEY DON'T DELIVER TO A BUILDING THAT IS 3 MINUTES AWAY! Same zip code and all. Shame on you Jimmy John's south tryon employees. I will not order from this location ever again! Booooooo.

    I had not ordered a delivery lunch from Jimmy John's before, and I made a mistake on part of the order resulting in a large additional expense. I was so pleasantly surprised that the manager, Abby, worked with me and allowed me to void the part of the order we did not need so we could avoid the expense and waste. Incredible customer service! Can't thank Abby enough :)

    Delivery guy had no change for a $20 on an $11 cash order. He just grabbed the $20, turned around and began to walk off like he earned it. I stopped him and asked for change. He offered to take the sandwich with him while he returned to the store to get change. Uh. No! Not with that entitled attitude would I trust the sandwich when he returned. So I told him to keep it and enjoy a big tip (I was tired and didn’t want to deal with this any more). Add in the soggy lettuce, and this is the last time I shop at this location. The one plus is that they were sorta fast.
