Had a great meal and time at Growlers Pourhouse in Charlotte NC. The service was stellar and the food was fantastic. The wings were saucy and crispy and came with homemade blue cheese dressing. The burger was cooked perfectly and came with shoestring fries- so crispy. The kale Caesar was really good too- just enough dressing and croutons. We also had a pork belly taco- so full of flavor. Beer selection was on point too! Will def go back!

Growler’s has such a cool vibe and delicious drinks! We tried the passionfruit marg and the I’m A Butterfly and both were so yummy! The bartenders were very friendly and the food was also great. I’ll be back soon for sure!

Growler's Pourhouse (GPH) is one of my favorite places in Charlotte for their immaculate service, cocktails, food, and overall atmosphere. GPH is conveniently located in the heart of NoDA North Davidson and East 35th street right across the street from Protagonist (NoDA), Cabo Fish Taco, and right beside Crepe Cellar (which is soon to be closed). Growler's motto is "What we've got is simple: Craft Beer and Beer Food". Growler's Pourhouse has very moody, dark intimate vibe as you walk through their extremely huge 'Nordic' wooden door; kind of speakeasy-ish. You're greeted by a big round table to the left, in-wall bench seating, a long, high-up picnic like table in the middle with bar stools, and to the right is the curvaceous bar with bar stools. The service at GPH is absolutely on-point and HE was very attentive plus knowledgeable about their products AND MORE. I literally did not have to wait to get another cocktail because my bartender was phenomenal; Definitely top-notch service. I was extremely impressed. The food matches the service being marvelous and shockingly succulent and ambrosial. I had the absolute pleasure of devouring a couple of items on the menu (at an earlier date). I had one dozen FRESH oysters, wings (Wednesday special) which were juicy, crunchy exterior, and sauced up just right; and when they had the lobster roll, I ordered that as well which was all buttered up with an adequate amount of fresh lobster. Everything was prepared exquisitely and I HAVE/WILL be back to try some of the new(er) items. PRO-TIP: Parking sucks in NoDA but I always take the light rail and/or Uber/Lyft. Just make sure if you take the light rail, you take it back home before it stops running! LOL! All in all, Growler's Pourhouse is the 'Sugar Honey Iced Tea' and I would it to my family, friends, and now, YOU! **MUST TRY** Hands down the best Cesar Salad and Clam Chowder I've ever had! I had my salad with the chicken as well, which was perfectly cooked and a meal on its own! The Clam Chowder was perfectly seasoned with the right amount of spice! Customer service was top notch, even on a busy holiday weekend.

Really enjoyed this spot! Excellent beer and cocktail selection and all around great food. The oysters were delectable and my crew enjoyed their food as well.

Been here 6-8 times in last 4 months. Always impressed... whether the fresh oysters on half-shell or the fried bologna sandwich or wings, or.... Great, knowledgeable bar staff and nice set of rotatating beer taps.

A great brewery in NoDa, Charlotte with a variety of beers and cocktails. We also ordered wings, and they were juicy and very delicious

Service was quick and the drinks were good. Fries are served in large portions, plenty for two people.

Funky NoDA spot still living up to traditional (long lost) NoDA standards. Not a place for everyone, but we were treated fairly and professionally from the door to the bar, and never had a moment of negativity during our two-drink stay. Pricing is fine for what it is. This will definitely become a regular stop whilst visiting NoDA in future jaunts

Great food and great ambiance! But I would give 10 stars if I could because of KELLY. Best bartender ever. Insane service!

Overall, the atmosphere was great. It was difficult to get the bartenders attention when sitting at the bar. The bartender was rather busy socializing than paying attention to patrons. I enjoyed the vibe, but the lack of attention to paying customers was unsatisfactory.

One of the best soups that I've had in my life, a kind of tomato bisque with fennel. I could eat all day long.

Kelli, the bartender, had beyond expert-level knowledge of beer, liquor and all things mixology and her attentiveness, attitude and service was excellent! I’ll definitely be back to see her!

Fries were piping hot and plentiful! All service staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Nice selection of draught beers (especially enjoyed the Merry Monkey) and great prices!

Food was terrific and the atmosphere was cool. Nachos are highly recommended. Not many bright lights; some may have a harder time.reading the menu. lol

The atmosphere was amazing and the FOH staff worked as a team. I was able to get a glimpse of the kitchen and they look like they work well with each other.

One of my fav bars, probably my fav. They always have great old school tap playing, good drinks, hospitable employees and it’s CLEAN! Don’t get me started on the aesthetics and the FOOOOOD. The fried chicken tacos are, mwah! *chef’s kiss*

I love Growlers. Dark. Cool. The bathrooms smell like doughnuts. Excellent food, good selection of oysters, local beers and curated booze list.

Consistently exceptional service and food you can count on being great. Rotating soup selections are always delicious. The nitro burger may be the best burger in Charlotte. Fight me. Jameson shot and a pint of PBR for $7!? Growlers feels like home. Bring back those cheese fries though…

Best spot in Noda! Always have great new beers on tap, amazing food, the best fries and the friendliest staff! We love coming hear to hangout and grab a drink. Also have the best oyster shooters in Charlotte.
