Let's just say 1 star for the lady that made my order. The supervisor duty was direspectful especially on a Holiday weekend. If you can't handle food service, there are other places to practice customer service.

Absolutely spectacular and let me tell you why: I just moved to the city and walk by QDOBA on my way to and from the gym. Figured I’d stop by and grab a bite on the way home. YALL, it was so good! They pack them burritos full! I can’t believe how much hype Chipotle gets, it is not deserved. QDOBA is better than Chipotle. I just got two burritos from Q and demolished both of em! I wasn’t even planning on eating the second one, that’s how good they are!!!

Chicken Nachos were absolutely horrible. I debated on going to another establishment for a burrito bowl and should have followed my instincts. Never again. Stale cold chips. Barely warm beans, chicken, and queso. ugh!

I want to start out with service Mel sold us before we could fully look at the menu that to me is impressive coming for someone who works in the food and service industry! Now the food I tried Chipotle 2 times didn't like it either times! This was my first time trying here being we are from Pittsburgh pa and I wish we had one of these and not Chipotle! The food was fire 🔥 😋! The staff made us feel welcomed from the minute we walked in! Set the atmosphere off right! I wish I got all their names but whoever worked June 17th 2023 yall are the true definition of a team kudos to all of you 👏 a must try hands down!!!

We received fast service and the restaurant was very clean. The food is good quality. They were sold out of some ingredients, though.

Make your own wraps or bowls. Veggie options too.

The guy Steven was great. He did everything to make our time there wonderful.....hard time find people like him in today's customer service world.

If you like Moe's or Chipotle ...this is that with a different name. standard tex-americana burritos and bowls on upscale togo platform. Good queso.

Edit: I stated it was there workers smoking on the deck smoking but it was actually 2 workers from the hotel next door as my husband saw them get up and go into the hotel, so I apologize for the incorrect information. I will contact the email that was given to me to discuss this. Either way, nobody should be hanging out there smoking if they are not patrons of the restaurant and eating. Original post: We were seeing a play a cross the street so we decided to try this for dinner after the play. The food was good. All the workers were really nice. We sat outside on their patio, but the one thing I did not like is their workers are outside on the patio sitting and smoking. That is a turn off for me when I am paying to eat at a restaurant. They should provide a break area for workers to hang out and smoke but not on the deck.

Store allegedly opens at 10:30am per the schedule. Employee came to the door and indicated they were not opening until 11am that day for whatever reason.

The appetizers were amazing and the overall taste of our food was actually very enjoyable. I wish i had an option to give some additional stars.Fantastic service and food to die for. A great dining experience. Highly recommended.

I only gave a one ⭐️ because they have on google that they’re open at 10:30am but when I came to order the workers said they open at 11AM.. I’m pregnant, starving and angry so get it right!

They just let homeless people sleep outside the entrance, and they keep the doors locked even 2 hours before closing time

Great spot for a quick bite. Never a long line during lunch and food is always fresh. Friendly staff as well. This location does not have a parking lot. There is some side street parking available but at a cost.

This was once one of my favorite restaurants in uptown Charlotte to stop in for a quick bite. In my most recent trip I upon my arrival I was met by a grumpy faced employee blocking the entrance to the establishment. I opened the door and quietly asked if the restaurant was open or closed. The employee did not say a single word. So I walked in and I asked a gentlemen sitting down if everything is okay? Before the gentlemen could answer the employee lashed out verbally and said everything "is fine im the general manager and im watching my store if you don't like it tou can leave" I completely ignored the woman who claimed to be the general manager, because I had eaten there several times in the past and I have ever experienced service of such poor quality. I proceeded to the line to order my bowl and the general manager followed me to the line and said that's right im the general manager and if you don't like how I run my store you can leave." As an affiliate with a local sports team with an upcoming contest rather than escalate the issue i had to make an exit... now I will be filing formal complaints until this general manager is no longer at this location and until the general manager changes I will never patronize this Qdoba. The behavior that the manager displayed was nothing short of sickening (she was on a power trip and it was triggered by someone before my arrival and sadly I was the VICTIM of the general managers back lash) I will be intentional about seeing that this manager is removed from this location. I will not eat here until the current general manager is removed.

It's a chain Mexican made to order restaurant a la Subway. This place was open with indoor dining and bathroom on a Sunday. I did appreciate the calories published on their menus. I was able to make a choice that fit my diet. The Three Street Tacos were quite tasty. My wife enjoyed her shrimp bowl.

Quick bite Mexican. Simple n healthy. Reasonably priced and friendly staff.

I visit this location all the time. The staff are incredibly friendly, and they recognize me and know my order when I walk in the door. The food quality is good for the price, and it is consistent quality every time I have been there.

I went in to get a quesadilla with cheese on the outside. The woman helping me at 11:20am on 4/5 was extremely rude. She just starting putting things on the quesadilla without even asking what I wanted. I went in for a veggie queso because honestly your meat is pretty gross. I'm sitting here at my lunch creating this bad review because I want you to know you do not treat people rudely..it almost seemed racist like she didn't want me there at all. You won't keep customers if you are not polite. I'm scared to go back now. Thanks for my lunch experience.

My orders: 1 Southwestern Steak Burrito 1 Impossible Taco Salad Tortilla Shell Observation: Inconsistent food quality. "Pick a Card, take your chances" This was the worst food delivery I have ever experienced. The food arrived very cold, not late but cold. The attached picture is of the "Impossible Taco Salad Tortilla Shell". It was very cold, and as you can see from the picture, the cheese was not melted because it was so cold. Once I warmed it up in the microwave, the food was unbelievably salty and did not taste good at all. The food delivery with tax costs over $30 for the two items. I was expecting fresh, professionally prepared Mexican food. What I got, was very cold salty "food", which was not good at all. Very disappointing and I would not recommend anyone ordering or visiting this restaurant. I'm not sure how this place is still in business. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Tasted nothing like Mexican food...Crucks, in business, to rip people off.

I couldn’t get anything because at 11:00 they were in there but the doors were locked so I went to chipotle to order $200 worth of food for game day.

Food was okay but i had a bad experience with employees really a very conflicting attitude and very unwelcoming the name i was given is esther not sure if is right but very unfriendly.

Food was made as ordered and tasted pretty good, I don’t expect much more than that. Portion sizes on the salsa/guac was pretty small.

I truly love this location because everytime I come to this establishment the staff is amazing, fast paced, and enjoys implementing EXCEPTIONAL SERVICES to all customers that come by. Major shout out to the MANAGER STEPHEN for making sure all staff and customers are safe🪄🇯🇲🙌🏿🧘🏿‍♂️.
