This
was
once
one
of
my
favorite
restaurants
in
uptown
Charlotte
to
stop
in
for
a
quick
bite.
In
my
most
recent
trip
I
upon
my
arrival
I
was
met
by
a
grumpy
faced
employee
blocking
the
entrance
to
the
establishment.
I
opened
the
door
and
quietly
asked
if
the
restaurant
was
open
or
closed.
The
employee
did
not
say
a
single
word.
So
I
walked
in
and
I
asked
a
gentlemen
sitting
down
if
everything
is
okay?
Before
the
gentlemen
could
answer
the
employee
lashed
out
verbally
and
said
everything
"is
fine
im
the
general
manager
and
im
watching
my
store
if
you
don't
like
it
tou
can
leave"
I
completely
ignored
the
woman
who
claimed
to
be
the
general
manager,
because
I
had
eaten
there
several
times
in
the
past
and
I
have
ever
experienced
service
of
such
poor
quality.
I
proceeded
to
the
line
to
order
my
bowl
and
the
general
manager
followed
me
to
the
line
and
said
that's
right
im
the
general
manager
and
if
you
don't
like
how
I
run
my
store
you
can
leave."
As
an
affiliate
with
a
local
sports
team
with
an
upcoming
contest
rather
than
escalate
the
issue
i
had
to
make
an
exit...
now
I
will
be
filing
formal
complaints
until
this
general
manager
is
no
longer
at
this
location
and
until
the
general
manager
changes
I
will
never
patronize
this
Qdoba.
The
behavior
that
the
manager
displayed
was
nothing
short
of
sickening
(she
was
on
a
power
trip
and
it
was
triggered
by
someone
before
my
arrival
and
sadly
I
was
the
VICTIM
of
the
general
managers
back
lash)
I
will
be
intentional
about
seeing
that
this
manager
is
removed
from
this
location.
I
will
not
eat
here
until
the
current
general
manager
is
removed.
