Very nice and clean place. Limited menu (good thing) and great prices, for like 13 dollars you can stay full all day, maybe junior bowls could be a little bit cheaper (sizes are more or less 9 junior, 10 standard, 12.5 large but standard is like twice the junior) but that's not a big deal. Didn't try the appetizers but they looked very good. Personnel okay. It's good also if you're trying to keep your calories low eating out (good lunch for 400/500 cals is possible). Special mention for the restrooms that were really clean. Probably the only truly clean restrooms I've seen in this week in Charlotte. Would give 4.5/5 stars if possible, I felt like the place just missed that extra touch to reach 5 but I would definitely recommend it and come back there. Also that thing that's chopsticks and fork together is amazing

I regularly eat at Teriyaki Madness and am always impressed with the friendliness of the managers and the efficiency of the staff. At peak times, it can get busy and the line to order can get a bit long, but orders get through correctly and folks are just...plain nice! Prices have thus far stayed stable, which is notable given the increases in chicken, etc. Portion sizes are great. If you are in the area, I highly recommend!

Food was delicious. I got the regular sized bowl and couldn't finish it all in one sitting. My husband got the bigger size and felt there should have been more meat to go with the sides. He ended up tossing all the extra rice. The restaurant was clean and inviting.

I placed an order online. From the time the order was placed until it was ready was 47 minutes. The app said it would be ready in 15. There were several ppl waiting for food for a long time. There were two workers back of house making food and one at register. Just took forever and was way too salty and not worth the time or money. Horrible customer service. You all have a lot more work to do than waxing on and waxing off my friend! Peace

I was recently here after a long time and this time it turned out to be a miserable one. I ordered Spicy teriyaki bowl along with some veggies. The white rice didn't seem to be that hot it was below luke warm. I got a large bowl and there wasn't enough chicken according to my portion size no flavor in it and the veggies were okay. Last the least I wish they could have brewed the tea freh since it tasted too watery to me it was just waste of money never going to come back.

I asked for all broccoli and carrots for my food and I get home there’s still all of the other veggies I didn’t have any extra chicken in my bowl that I ordered as you can see from my receipt. I tried to call today to see if I could get the bowl remade cause I still have the full bowl that I couldn’t eat. Instead they hang up the phone in my face. My first experience with this restaurant and I will not be returning. $19 on a bowl that I can’t even eat because I can’t even get it made correctly. Update they told me to email as below and I did email and they said they would call it’s been a week now. 19.01

his place has such a weird atmosphere, they play weird tiktoks on a huge tv . My chicken was dry and overcooked but my rice was undercooked and still crunchy. My food was also cold, even though i dined in

Not bad, not great, I got a combo orange chicken, and Teriyaki steak. My son had teriyaki chicken. My son said that was some of the best grilled chicken he’s ever had. My combo was mid, I’ll have to get the chicken the next time. Very clean place, you have to have patience it takes a little time getting your food. Would have given 4 stars, and probably will after my next visit.

My best friend and I were having a girls day in Charlotte and we decided to go here for lunch. Let me start off by saying the food is absolutely AMAZINGGGGGGGGGG! The chicken teriyaki combo is what we had and you can pick from three different sizes junior regular or large. We each got the regular size portion and it was more than enough. The chicken is cooked perfectly along with Fresh Veggies , your choice of rice or noodles and a perfectly fried egg roll. The teriyaki sauce was so good. We even asked the hostess if they bottled it and sold it. Lol. Unfortunately they don’t but hopefully they will in the future. I will definitely be a customer lol and the hostess at the front Thelma/Cookie was absolutely amazing she was so friendly and so courteous we will definitely be back in the future and we will bring others with us.

Staff was very welcoming, music was diverse, environment was clean. The food was a little bit of a disappointment, I ordered the salmon bowl with brown rice. Unsure if the rice was sitting a while but I kept chewing hard clumped rice pieces. Teriyaki sauce is A1! Overall I would return but maybe earlier when food is a little fresher.

Food is great, owner was always really sweet. New front of house staff could use some work. Girl with the ponytail/bracelets has the personality of a box of rocks. Unwelcoming demeanor that screams please leave and don’t come back. Still five stars because I love TMAD

This used to be my favorite quick & healthy lunch option. Unfortunately, the past two times I've ordered the Spicy Chicken bowl it has been super disappointing and bland. For how expensive it it it just isn't good anymore, it seems that they changed the recipe and it has zero sauce or flavor. Sad :(

I'm glad God has blessed me with patience. I've never waited over 35 minutes for a to go order. I'm still in the restaurant waiting after working all day. This is totally ridiculous. I hope the food is good. Update: I got home andy order was not correct. I waited so long and had to make another stop and didn't check the order. My veggies were not in the bag. I just can not believe this. I waited for almost an hour and then the order is wrong. I will be asking for a refund!!! I'm very upset about this entire experience!!!!! Update: Brandi (the owner) called me back this am and was apologetic about my experience. A personal phone call from the owner goes a long way with me. She rectified the situation and I will continue to patronize her establishment.

Food was awesome (I ordered the fried tofu over noodles). Staff was super friendly, restaurant was really clean. Only drawback is that they only have one register open to take orders and they take the orders pretty slowly Update: Received canned response from store associate and contradicted himself, saying it was not worth it to add more cashiers to take orders instead of "taking orders to eat in customers." Taking an order should not take 2-3 minutes per person

Not what it use to be! I love this place but had stop going for about a year. I work in the same area and decided to grab lunch. I had orange chicken with fried rice and added spicy chicken. With an egg roll first off I only got white rice not fried after paying for fried. I also got teriyaki chicken instead of spicy. I would have taken it back but I’m literally sitting down to eat now (at home) I called and spoke to a lady with an accent who said the owner wouldn’t give me a refund or fix it because it’s been over an hour. I’m just disappointed and after reading how combative the owner is while responding to reviews. No responsibility is being taken and I more than likely won’t patron this place again. Egg roll was perfect and tasty though

Best service and food from any Teriyaki Madness I frequented in other states. Place is kept clean and such a friendly staff that provides great music while dining in.

This place is pretty darn good, it is simple to order, it is quick enough for lunch and dinner rush. The food is amazing and they have a nice unique staple to it. It is always clean, it is also an easily affordable meal if you are on a budget but also want something filling.
