I placed an order for over $200 on July 1 to be delivered on July 25th and it still hasn’t been delivered. Someone named Nicole called on July 22 to say one of the dishes we ordered wasn’t available and I called her 4 times and texted her twice at the number she requested to replace the dish – this wasn’t a big deal at all. Since none of the food was delivered on Sunday, I’ve left a voicemail with the company several times and no one has responded. This was particularly annoying since we got back from visiting family with a 6-week-old baby and a toddler on Sunday and we planned the meal service to make life easier. Instead, we just wasted more money order something else on Sunday night. I don’t know if the food is good, but the customer service is extremely poor.

Fantastic company run by true professionals. I'm absolutely addicted to their charcuterie- the seasoned and roasted almonds and house made mustard are incredible. They are always on time with my delivery and go above and beyond to make sure my company has everything we need from signage to personalized menus. Highly recommend!!

ANYONE WHO IS ALWAYS ON THE GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!!!!!! I am always working and want to live a healthy life. Chop & Chisel is THE BEST for grab and go healthy TASTY meals and/or great weekly meal plans. Not only that but Brian & Jamie (the most wonderful owners) are always there, always so nice, always so helpful and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend! Wonderful place to grab a quick meal! I love this new spot. It's been here in the Charlotte plaza building for several months now and I am loving it. I typically try to eat pretty healthy, and this place keeps me on track for those days that I forget to bring my lunch or just simply don't feel like cooking. It quick and easy. I just grab my meal and go. The service is awesome as well. AJ and all of the other team members greet me with a smile every time I am there. Excellent service and quality products.

My favorite go-to for healthy delicious meals! Great meals with a lot of variety and multiple store locations - plus all have exceptional customer service! Can't say enough good things about Chop & Chisel!

When I don't want to meal prep my food this is my go to place. They offer a variety of meals that are very good. The vegetarian meals can be expanded a little from week to week to offer more options for those going meatless. However, this is a great place to try and they are super nice.

The cauli mac is sooo good! I don't feel as though I am eating something healthy! The location is a great walk away from work if you are in the heart of Charlotte. I had many questions my first visit. The employee (AJ) was nice and helped me and I left very excited to eat the food, and I wasnt disappointed. 5 stars for sure.

Love this place! Great variety & the food is always fresh! The power balls are phenomenal and the service always exceeds expectations. The Kombucha on tap is the cherry on top :)
