Me and my cousin went here to grab lunch. I’m not a Chili’s fan but I haven’t been in some years. This location only has one person working the whole inside dining. She seats you, she works the bar, takes the order and seat more people. Although she handled the pressure well you can tell she was overwhelmed and here attitude and energy wasn’t there it was just blah. She stated that she has to do it alone everyday which is extremely sad. So of course with all that said the food took forever to come out and I mean forever 50minutes exact which was very frustrating. The fajitas was decent meaning the shrimp and steak nothing special at all. Looks better than it tasted. The pico and guacamole was old. The table behind us sent it back and I heard the worker say it’s probably just old. The rice was very hard and old, but I do believe with a different location with more staff the experience would’ve been better. Waste of money and time.

We were here celebrating my husband new business accomplishments . Our waitress was great! Our service was a bit slow and we were the only persons in the restaurant for about 20 mins but we did understand they were under staffed. Overall our meals was fresh hot and delicious and we actually had good drinks not all juice and ice.

September 2020 Hey hey Google Fam - I’m back. Chili’s is a family friendly restaurant that serves a variety of American and Mexican food, as well as plenty of alcoholic drinks. Fortunately, I lucked out and I got a very attentive and quick server, unlike the ones mentioned in other reviews (thank you to the server that night). The food was great 👌🏼 we ordered the Smokehouse Combo, which allows you to choose 3 different meats/foods of your choice for $18-$20, accompanied with fries and buttered corn, as well as a combination order of Steak/Chicken/Pork Fajitas, which came out on a hot sizzling platter. Everything was good and we were so full 😌. This wasn’t my first time and it won’t be last. I hope I continue to get good service as I come here. Keep up the good work. 🤤

I order food from this restaurant online on 5/15. I received notifications that everything should be fine for pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant and it was closed due to maintenance. Since that day and I can't get anyone on the phone to issue me a refund. They are still closed as of 5/20 I hope someone reads this before ordering their food. Chili's should stop orders from being placed online if they are not going to be open.

Don't order curbside they never bring your food out my food was supposed to be ready a 1:05 and it's 1:28 now I have not gotten my food every single time I order curbside I end up having to go inside and that defeats the purpose of ordering curbside when they never bring your food out. And I paid for my food already online poor customer service. That are very slow and under staffed.

I ordered a 10oz sirloin for myself and another to split. Once arriving home, it appeared the steak was smaller than what was paid for. Due to the appearance we found it best to weigh the steak; it came out at 155g meaning the steak we got was less than 5.5 ounces. Not only did we not receive a 10oz steak but the potato soup we ordered was not soup but mashed potatoes. Very disappointed in the service that was received from the S. Tryon Charlotte location on 12/31/2022 and would like to know what can be done to correct this issue.

We came, we saw, we left. 20+ minutes at the bar and not one person came to us. I thought it was an episode out of Candid Camera. Not only is this location hard to find....it's a real let-down to finally get here and zero service.

Took literally an hour from order to getting appetizer . Did they offer me a drink or anything considering I've been waiting 30 min inside for my food that was supposed to be delivered to the car ? Love how they ask for a tip when completing your order so you don't get to pay for the service accordingly 👌 And to beat all no avocado dip..she gave me ranch 🤦‍♂️ and it looks like it's been hit with a flame thrower . Will not be back to this location

Should close the doors! Waited 15 minutes to be seated. The whole time we waited never saw a single employee of Chili’s. Finally a hostess came out to seat us only to say there was a 15 minute wait. Counted only 9 customers in building. Haven’t eaten at this location in a while, thought I give it another try.Same results as last time. Never again! Sanitation rating was a 91. Great location for a restaurant but not this one!

We were seated without menus and after 15 minutes of waiting for someone to come to the table, we got up and found menus for ourselves. Finally someone came for our orders. When our appetizer came, she didn't bring plates. We asked her for them but she never brought them. Some guy came to the table with drink refills and we asked him for plates and he brought them out. Our waitress came back with our meal, which for me was a cheeseburger that had no cheese on it. I tried to get my waitress' attention when she was in the dining room three separate times but i couldn't get her to look our way. That guy came back later and he brought my burger back to be cheesed. The place wasn't even busy. This place was atrocious. Wasn't particularly clean, either. Burger wasn't bad though, after it was properly cheesed.

We arrived hungry after a long flight and we’re immediately seated. Chips and salsa with drinks right away. Our waitress was training but they were both on top of every little detail. Dinner was fantastic and they brought us refills without even having to ask. One of the best experiences in a while! Thank you

Waited 45 minutes for food just for both of our orders to be wrong, and then take another 20 minutes to get the correct orders back out. Our drink orders also sat on the bar, already made, for almost 15 minutes. Waiter seemed to not care about any of it at all either and even was rude to us when explaining the tablet they have to check out and pay.

Great curbside service. The server was very nice and prompt. The food was amazing. I was surprised. The last time I went to Chili’s. It was mediocre. The baked potato soup is to die for best ever! The chicken crispers were juicy crispy and flavorful. I will definitely be coming here again.

Had lunch there with my eight year old nephew and he thoroughly enjoyed this location. Servers and hostesses were welcoming and engaging. Food was excellent and at the right temperature. Logan was great! We'll definitely return!

The food was good. The service was okay. My waitress was new and was doubling as the bartender. The place was a little neglected but overall it was Nice to be able to eat out. I got the chicken with broccoli and iced tea. I chose the $10 combo and was very pleased with my meal. it was to choose late at night much else was open. There was plenty of parking outside and plenty of seating inside. They do offer curbside pickup if you don't want to eat inside. The staff did wear face masks and did offer plastic utensils for anyone that did not want to use regular silverware.

Last night, my wife and I ordered delivery from this Chili's. I had some trepidation. I was in the mood for a burger, and the last time I ordered a burger from this Chili's, it was terrible. I had ordered it with pink inside, per the available options, and it arrived so well done it was almost burnt. Thinking perhaps last time was a one-off mistake, I ordered a burger again. I made sure I specified "pink". What arrived was a burger cooked so far over well done, it was virtually charcoal, and certainly inedible. (The reason I gave this review two stars was because my wife said her ordered meal, ribs, was fine.) Once is a mistake; twice is a kitchen that doesn't care because it knows a delivery order won't be sent back. The delivery service reïmbursed me for the charcoal briquette on a bun I received, but there was still the inconvenience of not receiving a meal. We order in about five times a week. That's pretty good odds for the restaurants around us---they're likely to get our business every week or two. But, not this Chili's. We won't from it again, even if it offered us a free meal. I won't give my trust to a restaurant that doesn't care.
