We had a great time celebrating a birthday. We ate outside in the patio area. The heaters were on and it was very cozy. They also have fans for warmer weather. The food was delicious and the fries were good. Great portions. There is a bowling alley indoors, corn hole and ping pong outside. We will be going back again.

Always a great time and no complaints about piedmont social house! Always great enjoying a meal and listening to live music or meeting up with friends for food and being able to bowl right after. I've had several menu options and all have been great so far. Definitely will.be back!

Josh was phenomenal. He helped out with a large table he wasn’t asked he stepped up and took care of us although still in training 👑 we just lost one of my brothers and we decided to come here after the service… painful but We had good food and laughs. Josh definitely eased a lot of anxiety with his exuberant presence and hospitality. I appreciate the vibes. Service was not ready for a large party but they adjusted and I know in the future they will become more. The food was pretty good tbh. When we finally got it we were all satisfied. it was a celebration of life & the music ambience from the stage set it off. Thank you guys.

Always heard about this place so I decided to go in one mid afternoon. Walked In and got Greeted right away sat down at my table and my waiter Paula was super efficient stayed on top of getting our food, drinks and any questions we had asked she was on top of it to get them answered. They have such a fun vibe multiple games fun kid friendly.

Went during a week day at 530p. Bowled and played pool. Nice place to hang out. Only complaint is while we were bowling we decided to get a drink. No open bars inside so my date had to put his shoes back on to go outside to get drinks and come back in and put his shoes on. Having wait staff walking around to take food/drink orders would have been great.

Went for St Patrick’s Day with a party of 18. They had a trainer waitress handling the party. This was not good. Our tickets got messed up and it took forever to cash out. The food was good and the drinks were ok. Frozen drink was watered down. The best drink was the special one they had with Jameson for that day. A Jameson rep was there and brought everyone shots. The plus of the day!

First time here. There is a huge outside seating area and outside game area. You are greeted as soon as you come through the door. It was very busy and folks were all over but there was not a wait for seating. They have 3 bars, 2 sets of bowling lanes an upstairs with some table games. The men's bathroom was clean, stocked, and not smelly. My wife and I ordered 5 wings each to start, they are not wings they are wingettes. Our waitress Auni asked how we wanted our wingettes cooked regular or fried hard. We like our wingettes regular, I like my wingettes crispy not hard. My wife had sweet chili sauce and ranch with hers, I had spicy teriyaki and blue cheese with mine, the wingettes and sauces were good. My wife also had blackened salmon tacos 3, with sweet potato fries, it also comes with chipotle lime ranch sauce that is so good. She said the salmon tacos were really good. I had the shrimp tacos the shrimp are fried perfectly, they were really good, but I did not like the sweet chili aioli sauce that comes on it, so if you are ordering shrimp tacos ask for the chipotle lime ranch sauce instead of that sweet chili aioli sauce, you will thank me later. I ordered regular fries with my tacos the fries were good. I will come back and order more shrimp tacos with the chipotle lime ranch sauce. They also have a lot of other items I would like to try as well. Our greeter that seated us and our waitress Auni were awesome!

If I could give zero stars and right a review I would here is the roaches that crawl all over the dishes you guys eat on, HERES THE KITCHEN WHERE YOUR FOOD IS BEING COOKED and not to mention the actual wings they serve people after pre baking and sitting in the walk-in freezer UNCOVERED and still hot just to be fried and covered in sauce to be served to paying customers 🙌🏾 PLEASE DO NOT CONTINUE TO EAT HERE THIS PLACE IS A MESS. Fist time visiting this place. It's a nice place to relax, get some good eats, and play a few games. Our server was decent and was friendly. I ordered the shrimp tacos..they were pretty good. Will visit again so we can get in a few games of bowling. The only downside is that they don't do reservations.

Nice place for bowling. It wasn't too crowded. The food is ok, and the choice of beer is good.

Came to eat dinner with friends while I was visiting North Carolina. Had a great time. Food was okay. I had a taco dish that was suppose to have cilantro sauce. The food wasn't bad, it just tasted funny. The place was nice for a hangout spot though.

This was my first visit and hopefully not my last. My friends and I came an hour before closing, which didn't leave much time for eating and playing. The lawn and the bowling alley are on my list to visit again. Our server was attentive and made sure we were warm on the patio. My drink was sweet and strong😋. The chicken sandwich with sweet heat was delicious. The sweet potato fries would have been good without the sugar coating. Maybe add that as a side dip? We'll revisit the star rating once I get the full experience.

Had a blast for girls night/birthday celebration. Food was delish and bowling was hilarious. Always a great time hanging with friends!

We were here as part of a company event to play bowling. They have enough bowling lanes here, so even without a reservation we went to play right away. Plenty of food to choose from and everything was very good. The food can be ordered self-service which is a big advantage. The prices are rather higher. Overall though we were very satisfied.

This is a hidden jewel.. I had no idea about this until the other day.. I love it. Basically a Honeycomb Hideout for Adults who might choose to Bring their kids.. They have an indoor bowling alley, taproom, games outside with plenty of seating. The food was delicious ( Shrimp tacos), customer service was impeccable, very clean bathrooms and COVID protocols in place! I will definitely be visiting again.

Piedmont social this Sunday night was a quick night for me and my boyfriend just to relax. We just wanted to play pool. First, we played connect 4 outside, then we went inside to play pool. Outside they have a ping pong table, bean bag toss, Jenga set up at one table and Connect 4 at another table. It's a GREAT CHIL SPOT to bring kids, family, significant other, friends, co-workers & to have corporate gatherings!

Piedmont Social House is THAT spot. One of the best in Charlotte for games , drinks, hangout, food and watching the game. From the vibe to the atmosphere, spectacular. Everytime I come here, Always on point. The employees are nice, polite and respectful. You have to try lemon pepper wings. They're greattt! Also, the bowling alley....Awesome!!. They are quite very busy on the weekend. Especially, on Saturday. So plan your day and come early. The wait is not bad depends on the events going on around. Overall, you'll have a great time.

We where visiting from out of town and this place was so confusing! The floors had garbage everywhere. You had to grab your own napkins, ketchup, straws, etc. You couldn't order alcohol from your lane like you can at other concepts. The patio bar was the only bar open and the service from Taylor was great. We ordered food via the QR code like suggested and when our food arrived we didn't get the 2 sodas we ordered and had to ask for them 10 minutes later. Food was pretty good good though and super fresh.

You can't go wrong if you want to have some fun with friends, or just you & that significant other. Hell go alone, I promise you'll enjoy.. Just don't tell everyone about my secret getaway 😉

I've visited this location twice already, and both were disappointing. My most recent visit I ordered the burger and small fries. I received bagged food, went to my car and drove down the street a ways, before I realized after checking the order I had been given fried pickledls instead of fries. I drove back, annoyed to get them exchanged out. I mentioned upgrading my small fry to a large out of inconvenience, to no avail. Back to my car, I realized my burger was not fresh, at all. It appeared to have been reheated in the microwave or something, because nothing seemed freshly made on the sandwich. Too annoyed to reenter, I left and stomached only half the sandwich. Not interested in returning for the food.

So, DOPE. Great food, Good service, Great atmosphere too. Definitely a place to bring the Family.
